New York congressman, Rep. Peter King, is standing by his Youtube video, in which he refers to the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson, as a "pervert" and child molester.
The Republican representative explained to Bill O'Reilly on The O'Reilly Factor that his comments had no racist pretense and that he is saying "what millions of Americans really felt."

Re: Frag The Paps – The Smoking Gun is a biased page. Even Diane Dimond’s book seemed to confirm that there was NO picture ever taken of Michael which matched the kids description. She describes in detail every single moment of the body search right down to the specific type of camera used, the emotions and words spoken during the session. Supposedly, they were looking for one specific mark on the “lower left side” to compare to the kids description. The photographer took all sorts of random pictures from every angle possible, and Michael complied with their every request. The seargeant CLAIMS to have seen this mark, yet, after all of this, Dimond then comments that “it’s unclear whether Sergeant Spiegel actually had time to snap a photograph of the mark he saw.“ Give me a break! There is absolutely no way that this “Smoking Gun” evidence wouldn’t have been snapped right away if such evidence matched with what the kid described. Likewise, I highly doubt Dimond would say that it’s ‘unclear’ if such a picture exists unless it most certainly does not, since she obviously had very close contacts with the D.A. However, when Dimond (who seems to be pretty much Sneddon’s left-arm) then says that it’s unclear if any picture to confirm the details was ever taken, it becomes highly suspicious now doesn’t it?
There were also a number of articles published back in ‘93 claiming that the description and photos did not match.
And I think this politician is going to be sitting at home twiddling his thumbs when it comes time to re-election. I have to say I'm happy about it. All assholes should eventually reveal themselves and make it so easy for the people to throw them out.

If you were on trial or have read what ppl has said, the kid wasnt any upset or showed any emotional distress while he was talking about the alleged crime. He was however VERY upset when he talked about how Michael Jackson stopped calling his family to invite them to Neverland. Very interesting point in this case. Michael Jackson was their cashcow and he cut them off and they got pissed. Corey has NEVER said anything about MJ. He said they had a falling out and it was NOT because he was molested. The JUDGE said that the prosecution did many mistakes and the jurors told the media that the prosecutions strongest evidence were the phone-records.. MJ violated a social norm by inviting children-both girls and boys to Neverland. That I agree. What ppl dont know about MJ's bedroom is that it was huge. A two store deluxe containg several rooms. MJ and the accuser both said that MJ gave his bed to the kid and he and his friend Frank slept on the floor. This is also in the documentary that aired. Look what Macaulay Culkin said about MJ on Larry King in 2005. "The thing is with that whole thing, oh, you slept in the same bedroom as him. It's like, I don't think you understand, Michael Jackson's bedroom is two stories and it has like three bathrooms and this and that. You're talking about someone who has been sheltered and sheltering himself also for the last like 30 years. Ask the average parent whether they'd want justice or money for their abused child and more than likely they'd say justice, if for no other reason than to protect their child (and other children) from a future attack. The fact that Evan Chandler was willing to essentially let Michael off the hook for 15 made their case seem like a well-orchestrated extortion attempt. In regards to the case, Evan was later caught on tape saying, "If I go through with this, I win big time. There's no way I lose. I will get everything I want and they will be destroyed forever…Michael's career will be over." Notice that homeboy ain't mention jack shit about his son. So much for being a concerned father…

It just doesn't make any logical sense, nor does it coincide with the recurring psychological characteristics of most people who fall into those categories.

Michael later settled the Chandler case out of court, not as an admission of guilt, but at the behest of his lawyers and financial advisors who warned him that a criminal trial could cost him millions of dollars in legal fees, as well as the loss of hundreds of millions in touring and endorsement revenue. With the Chandler case finally over, Michael continued to tour and released his greatest hits package “HIStory” in 1995.
Similar to the Chandler case from ‘93, the prosecution couldn’t produce any credible witnesses to corroborate the accusers claim in 2005. Many of the prosecution’s witnesses were either former employees of Michael who had financial disputes with him, or had criminal convictions themselves. Arvizo’s testimony contradicted previous statements he’d made to officials saying that nothing ever took place between him and Michael, and Arvizo’s mother Janet Arvizo, an eccentric woman with a prior conviction for welfare fraud, single-handedly killed the case with her flippant remarks on the witness stand and overall bizarre courtroom behavior. When it came to children, the only thing Michael was guilty of in my opinion, was naivete. While cuddling in the bed with children isn't technically illegal, it does violate several social norms; norms that a man who dresses funny, lives at an amusement park and refers to himself as “Peter Pan” would certainly pay a higher price for breaking.
Folks.. When people accuse Michael of being a pedophile or a child molester, ask them to provide hard evidence. Ask them to provide an opinion rooted in fact, rather than one based on gossip, hearsay, and conjecture. Chances are, they won't be able to.
Was Michael Jackson strange? To many people, yes.
But maybe if you had been in the public eye since you were 7, had grown ass women throwing themselves at you since you were 13, suffered physical abuse at the hands of your father, watched your father and older brothers engage in sex with groupies on tour as a child, were called "Big Nose" and "ugly" by both family members AND fans, developed a skin disease that took away the one thing you repeatedly expressed your pride for, and spent the last half of your life as the most famous person on Earth, you'd probably be a bit of a weirdo too. Why would people try to tear down a man who constantly used his power, money, and influence to help others?
Why would people express such disgust and contempt for a man who constantly sang of love and peace, and used his talent to entertain, uplift, and inspire millions? Tell em that its human nature, I suppose…
When Elvis Presley died, did the media remember him as an overweight, drug-abusing racist who dated a 14 year-old, or was he eulogized as The King of Rock and Roll?
When Woody Allen dies, do you think the media will focus on the controversy behind him marrying his own stepdaughter, or on the films "Annie Hall" and "Manhattan" and how great they were? (Ditto for Jerry Lee Lewis, the rock and roll pioneer who married his 13-year old cousin.)
