Taking full advantage of their French surroundings, Madonna and her four kids were spotted having a marvelous time at the Tuileries Gardens in Paris today (July 10).
The “Like a Virgin” songstress treated newly adopted Malawian orphan Mercy James along with her brothers David Banda and Rocco, and sister Lourdes to an afternoon of family fun.
One nanny for each kid..really ?
I am sure they will grow up to be normal, well adjusted kids..yeah right!

I'm lucky that I'm able to stay at home with my kids, but not everyone can, due to their job. Of course she has quite the life of luxury, but Madonna still works.
