So while Brad Pitt was busy riding his chopper around Los Angeles, Angelina Jolie got to play with a bigger and better toy.
She always gets to have all the fun!
On, Thursday, the mother of six hopped into the co-pilot's seat of her own airplane for a flying lesson in Los Angeles.
Once she learns how to operate the plane on her own, Santa Angelina can fly to any country she wants to pick up a baby! It'll be just like going to the grocery store for a carton of milk!

Didn't she get her licence a long time ago? How long does it take to learn how to fly a plane? I remember I heard on TV a couple of YEARS ago that she had been paying big money for her flying lessons.

She already has her Pilot's certificate, it takes about 30 flights hours to receive. Once you're a Pilot, though, you need to maintain hours every month to be current. That's probably what she's doing.

The actual flying of an aircraft is rather easy….anybody could do it. But to be an actual pilot, you have to know everything…….all the mechanics and physics of an aircraft, meterology, radio communications, airmanship, etc etc…..a lot of these celebrity "pilots" can do the manuevers with an instructor next to them and say they know how to fly, but they are not real pilots.
Don't even insult the REAL pilots by saying this ho-bag is one of them.

I was working on my SEL private pilot license when Angelina guested on Ellen (2004) and Ellen congratulated her on passing her FAA checkride! I couldn't believe it.
Angelina IS a licensed private pilot since 2004 (both SEL/MEL and VFR/IFR ratings). She owns and flies her own aircraft: Cirrus SR-22GTS, tail number N808MX which replaced an earlier Cirrus SR-22G2, tail number N805MX which was used to earn her private pilot license.
She also owns a Cessna Caravan, tail number N48JA.
AND in this photo, she is IN the captain's seat (left-hand side), not the co-pilot's seat.
She's been a pilot for years!
Brad Pitt is a follower and only started his flying lessons after he met Angelina.

The papps cant follow Angie everywhere, know where she flew, how long a trip and where she landed, but can’t get a photo of her and Brad together? Even walking into the same house? How about separately going into the same house or drive way? Hmmmm wonder why that is?
