Apparently, she's been sporting a Star of David necklace and has even enlisted the aid of a rabbi to guide her along her spiritual path.

Converting from another religion to Judaism is not a problem, even if it is Christianity.Religion is religion.The true problem is if she truly had a abiding faith in Jesus and placed her trust in the work of the cross, and denies Him now for any other faith, is what is considered blaspheming the Holy Spirit, which is not good.

My high school government teacher is Jewish, and his wife is Catholic. They expose their children to both religions. I think people are missing the point here. It's not that she's converting to Judaism per se, it's because she's doing it because of some boyfriend, which is a stupid reason for anyone to change religions and should be a red flag to the boyfriend that she's got no center. I don't have a problem with Britney considering converting to Judaism. If she feels it will give her direction and strength, then do it. People convert from one religion to another all the time.
