MTV Gets Hard For New Programming

MTV seems to be promoting pedophilia and ripping off HBO in one solid swoop!
The cable network formerly known for playing music videos is in production for a new teen comedy series called Hard Times.
Hard Times is somewhat similar to HBO's latest comedy, Hung, following the story of RJ Berger, an unpopular 15-year-old with an "anatomical gift."
Berger's "gift" is "revealed in front of the whole school," and he soon becomes the most popular kid in his class.
We had no clue dick size was such a popularity barometer in high school!!
Well, okay, maybe we did.
Regardless, how cleverly inappropriate for MTV, dontcha think?!

Can't stand them. After they cancelled Yo! MTV Raps, everything went down the drain. They should just change their name to TTV (Trash Television)

I wonder where HBO and MTV got this idea???? I totally worked on a short film about a young hung guy also in Film School like 4 years ago….. Interesting…. I often wondered if some of my Film Teachers were trustworthy or not…….

How is MTV 'promoting pedophilia' by showing this series? Because it'll also be watched by adults? If you follow this reasoning, all series featuring teenagers should be banned from TV. Or is it because it's about 15 year olds who dream of (one day) having sex? What's so special about that? Most of them do. That doesn't make the viewers pedophiles either.

MTV doesn't play much music anymore because all the music coming out today is TRASH!!!!!!but the shows they've replaced it with are trash too so yeah…

UGH! HATE what MTV has become. Please have some decency and change the channel's name and don't have more VMAs they just get worse every year. When I was a teen we just to have VMAs watch parties (or we all get together to watch it while eating chips) and know theyr just AWFUL
