Conrad's "novel", L.A. Candy, has sat atop the New York Times Best Seller list for two weeks in a row!
L.C. doesn't even believe the news herself!
"If someone said to me five years ago when this all started that I would one day make the New York Times Best Seller list I wouldn't have believed it," Conrad recently told reporters.

It's only because her book is at Walmart for $5. She's sold tons, but made no money off of it. I could make the best sellers list if I had the cheapest book on the shelf too!

Anyone can be a writer. But, I am sad to see she did not stray too far from her "reality t.v. show." There are so many great authors out there. Ones that deserve credit for hard work, their passion for writing.This wasn't her passion. I just feel that some undiscovered author out there that lives and breathes writing deserved this more.
