I think it's amazing that people didn't know Michael Jackson at all call him slime and the people who knew him talk about what an incredible individual he truly was. Obviously, they would know far better. I saw through the media BS while he was alive and I see through it now. I'm glad Seidah Garrett isn't selling him out like so many others trying to get their 15 seconds. RIP, MJ.

That was wonderful. Does anyone know if Siedah Garrett wrote that song and Michael Jackson took half a song writing credit or did they co-write that song? It is not uncommon for the artist (e.g. Celine Dion) to take a credt as it has to do with royalty payments. Anyways…did Siedah write it or did they collaborate?
Jackson in turn, was arrested, strip searched, his home ransacked and his life turned upside down. Because he could not hide he did what most would do in the situation of someone so sensitive…he self medicated. He knew how to as he had been exposed to these stimulants during the burn incident from the Pepsi Commercial and unfortunately kept them and many other medical supplies handy at his home.
Unfortunately, as the final trial took five months and finally was settled out of court for the amount stated above…he was addicted and the pain of what the world had done to him made it easier to hide there.
I was never a fan of this man's music…however, upon hearing the admission of the boy that he lied, I am furious. I believe that this man would not have died if this situation had never happened and I blame the father and the media for his death…the drugs were only the method.

You need to re-write that. The pictures did NOT match Michael Jacksons genitals. Many people have stated that. Even the evil Diane Dimond wrote that in her book. The prosecution looked for one specific mark on the “lower left side” of his ‘anatomy’ to compare to the kids description. Dimond then comments that “it’s unclear whether Sergeant Spiegel actually had time to snap a photograph of the mark he saw.“ Give me a break! There is absolutely no way that this “Smoking Gun” evidence wouldn’t have been snapped right away if such evidence matched with what the kid described. Never! Mark my words that IF the description mathced, Diane Dimons would without any doubt write that down in her book.

Re: COCACOLA – Initially (Before the police was involved) the Chandlers (Jackson first Accuser) tried to blackmale Jackson, they wanted 20$ million dollars from Jackson otherwise they would go to the media with the allegations of sexual abuse. Jackson told them to fuck off, and countersued them, stating he had nothing to fear. This is well known if you followed the debate back in the days. The kid, Jordan Chandler, initially DENIED any abuse, but was coerced by his parents, relatives, and an unscrupulous lawyer into testifying against Jackson. The kid's MOTHER told authorites that the allegations were BS and said her former husband is trying to make money. If Michael Jackson wanted to pay off his accuser, why didn’t he do it at the very beginning? Evan Chandler made a demand for $20 million before authorities knew about the alleged abuse. If Jackson wanted to buy their silence, like many people claim he did, why didn’t he do it right away then? Before the police trashed his home, before he was publicly humiliated, before the whole world started to hate him, before he was subjected to a dehumanizing search of his private parts? He could have bought their silence right from the start, and thereby have avoided it all. Instead he rejected Evan Chandler’s initial demand for money. Why would a guilty man do that?
Re: COCACOLA – The kid, Jordan, REFUSED to testify against MJ and at the age of 14 he seeked for LEGAL EMANICAPATION and got it, meaning at age 14 he MOVED out from his home. His mother said in 2005 that she hadnt seen or spoken to her son for 11 years! Do you even know that the kid, Jordan, has sued his dad twice. One time his dad tried to get his money, the other time in 2006, the boy claimed his dad tried to kill him. His dad tried to choke him and struck his son's head with a dumbbell weight. And at that time he asked a LA court to open his file about a case in LA (presumably the MJ case) but his father found out and COUNTERSUED HIM for a breach of contract because there were an agreement that forbade them to talk about this publicly.
Re: COCACOLA – Please keep in mind that NO singel collobarative witness was found in both cases. NONE! Generally when victims of abuse come out with allegations against someone, other victims come forward to corroborate their story (i.e. the Catholic Church scandal, where a few parties came forward and it later led to thousands). Very rarely do child molesters stop at just one kid, or even two for that matter. An alleged pedophile with only two accusers is kinda like an alleged serial killer with only one body. Or an alleged sneaker addict with only two pairs of Jordans in his closet. It just doesn't make any logical sense, nor does it coincide with the recurring psychological characteristics of most people who fall into those categories. n the case of Michael Jackson vs. the Chandler family, not a single corroborating witness could be found to help prosecute the case and after raids were conducted on several of Jackson's homes, no hard evidence of sexual abuse was gathered.

Re: COCACOLA – Dont go with the other case.. because IF you indeed followed the trial then you would know that there were NO evidence at all. The only reason it went to trial was because of the kid would testify. People like Bob Messi (fox's chief legal analysts, Aphrodite Jones, Andrew Cohen (chief legal analyst for CBS News) and many others that attended the trial said the evidence were so poor that it was pathetic. In November 2003 Tom Sneddon (The district attorney of both cases Vs Jackson) meets the mother of the recent accuser in a parking lot. He informs her about the fact that the states victim found would provide her family with economic compensation if they would agree to start an criminal investigation against Jackson. Sneddon gave her the necessary paperwork to apply for the fund. Tom Sneddon also made it clear to the family that a civil case only can be opened after criminal case has been finished. That because of a law change which was introduced a couple of years after Jacksons 1993-case.
This meant that if Jackson were convicted the Arvizo family could lean on to that in a civil case and that way cash in a couple of million dollars from Jackson. The law I mentioned above was a major factor in Jacksons decision to settle the 1993-case.
The kid stumbled on the witness stand so hard. His story conflicted with his brothers story. First, the kid MJ molested him in february but that dumb family forgot that they made a HOMEVIDOE in february where they PRAISED Michael Jackson (which were taken in as evidence).. so they changed the dates and said he molested him in late march. Lol! The kid also said "Mj touched me five times".. then he said "three times" and then the dumb kid said "he just did it ONE time". LMAO! Do you even know how many times the family changed their story? Too many!!
Michael Jackson gave the family money. He bought them clothes, computers, cars, took them on vacation etc. Jackson's attorney alleged that the charges were made in retaliation by the family after the family members realized that Jackson was not going to continue supporting them financially indefinitely. The family was portrayed during trial as exhibiting a long history of attempting to extort celebrities. Larry King, Jay Leno, Chris Tucker, Carlos Lopez witnessed all for the defence telling how the family would call them and demand money!! The family had also made allegations against JC Penny and committed welfare fraud.
Re: COCACOLA – Yes. if you listen to the words of Michael Jackson, he had said how much he suffered of being an artist. His childhood was stolen away from him. So your comment about his relationsship with boys, maybe you could reconsider the fact that he wanted to do what boys did since he was a male. Second.. MJ did not only hang around with boys. The prosecution trid to spin it like that. At trial.. many ppl.. girls, boys and families all said how they spend the night over at neverland and slept in his bedroom. When it came to children, the only thing Michael was guilty of in my opinion, was naivete. While cuddling in the bed with children isn't technically illegal, it does violate several social norms; norms that a man who dresses funny, lives at an amusement park and refers to himself as “Peter Pan” would certainly pay a higher price for breaking. These were actions of a man trying to experience a childhood he never had. During his investigation for the Arvizo trial, Michael was examined by Dr. Stan Katz, a clinical psychologist who concluded that Michael didn’t fit the profile of a pedophile but instead that of a regressed 10 year old.

No child who has been molested (as I have at the age of 11) after someone dies (as mine has) comes forward and says. "I lied Im sorry". As for the drugs…it is the same as the Memphis Mafia who surrounded Elvis Presley in his dark days. They said yes to everything and gave him what he wanted. They shut his loved ones out and anyone who cared…as long as the moneytrain kept rolling. And when you are an addict (as I have been) you aren't thinking clearly…only thinking about getting high and where the next one is coming from. Michale must've had a scandalous, afflicted Neptune, Pisces aspect in his birthchart because as a result, there was always someone lurking, just waiting to wreck havok on his life. I never thought he sexually molested anyone but I did think that if he was found guilty it was because of what his father had done to him when he was younger. For the most part I still thought it was crap, but I never followed the trial as close as I'd like too because I was young at the time. I can totally see how some might want to take advantage of Michael because that's truly how people are. It's happened to me on smaller occasions just by crossing paths with the wrong people. Michael put too much energy into his youth ideal for whatever reason and these children he spent time with still had their judgmental parents looking over his shoulder. And I'm sure they thought how can we use this delusional man to better our lifestyle….

I love Man In the Mirror, I've always loved that song. It's too bad he's gone now but I just hope his children get the lives they deserve, because that's what Michael would have wanted, and any person deserves a chance to have a good decent life despite their status. It's not like they had a mother anyway and Michael did end up a little on the loony side. Those children have so much baggage.
