Akon sure knows how to collaborate and listen with his peers, but when it comes to his babymama, Sara Coleman, he is nowhere to be found.
In fact, the woman has been desperately trying to serve Akon with papers requesting child support, but apparently, he is one crafty cat.
Her lawyer even tried to catch up with him at Michael Jackson's memorial, but he failed. Akon pulled a stealth move and avoided the whole thing.
Akon's like the Jack Bauer of escaping child support payments!

These comments are a hatefest. Let's get a few things clear: Akon was only recently determined to be the father. This is why the attempt to have him served is garnering such attention. His lawyer has said he will meet his responsibility. She will get paid.
But let's look at the other side. Women have the responsibility to protect themselves from STDs and from unplanned pregnancies. This mother fell short. Let's not glorify someone for being irresponsible.
With all of those day-shift strip club music he makes, one would think that paying child support would be like paying for groceries…such a sad little motherfucker, and his music REALLY sucks too.

Men also have the responsibility to protect themselves from STDs and pregnancy. They BOTH fell short and were irresponsible. He should have worn a condom (even if she said "I'm on the Pill" - that is NO REASON to not use a condom with a casual lover), she should have insisted he did and then refused to sleep with him if he wouldn't. It's 50/50.
