Yo, he has a condition called pectus excavatum. I have it too. It makes your chest cave in, your shoulder slump, and give you the appearance of a pot belly even if you are relatively slender. Thats why he has little man-boobs too. So shut the hell up man! The condition gets worse with age if you don't have surgery, it can also cause heart and respiratory problems.
He can still outrun you any day.
