Someone Died! More Drama At A Chuck E. Cheese

Filed under: Wacky, Tacky & True > Legal Matters > Sad Sad

michaelcolon.jpg

This has been a bad year for Chuck E. Cheese stores across the US. Several incidents have occurred at the child hangout since early on in 2009.

But, most recently, a tragic incident took place after an altercation in the parking lot of a Chuck E. Cheese in The Bronx, NY, this weekend.

Douchebag 36-year-old Mark St. Pierre allegedly had an argument at the parking lot of Chuck E. Cheese with his wife around 6 p.m. He then took off in his 2008 Infiniti and headed down the street speeding at almost 60 mph while crashing into two parked cars as he sped out.

But after speeding 10 blocks down the road, St. Pierre almost ran over a 6-year-old boy on his tricycle crossing the street with his dad. Instead, the child's father, 36-year-old Miguel Colon, pictured above, pushed his son quickly out of the way to safety and took the hit.

Sadly, Colon died on the scene after saving his son's life.

Meanwhile, a-hole St. Pierre kept driving down the street about four more blocks and injured over a dozen more people while hitting several cars on the way until his car was too totaled to drive.

Witnesses at the scene quickly grabbed St. Pierre and held him until the cop could arrive.

The little boy's mother revealed that that Colon "really loved his son. He was always there for him. It's going to take a lot of therapy for my son to understand what's going on."

As of earlier today, charges were still pending, though that shouldn't last long. St. Pierre needs some serious mental help and some time in jail!

P.S. Maybe they should stop selling booze at Chuck E. Cheese???

  3. 3

It,ll be nice n toasty where that idiot is going one day! Say hey to MJ when ya get there! he was a creepy pedophile so he;ll be there shumponnnnn

  4. 4

Tragic but Chuck E. Cheese liable? Uh, does every parent get drunk, argue with their spouse and run over half a city at chuck e cheeses? Besides, I hate that place but it keeps the kids occupied out of boredom. Further, why would a 6 year old be on a tricycle? Perhaps that might be why he'll need therapy?

  5. 5

I really fucking wish that vehicular manslaughter carried the same penalties as first or second degree murder. Yeah, this wasn't premeditated but it obviously wouldn't have happened if this asshole wasn't such a fuck up. I'm sorry, but if I drove a 1 year old Infinity I'd do my damnedest to not hit other cars, regardless of how pissed I was. This guy caused so much fucking damage to other people's property, as well as left an innocent child fatherless.

  6. 6

I'm praying for his familiy. How sad, but now he's with God :o ).

  7. 7

    THAT IS SOOOO SAD!!!!! :(

  8. 8

I don't think I've ever wanted someone to get the fucking shit kicked out them so much before! This St. Pierre guy better end up in jail for the rest of his life!

    Re: karmine – I agree!

  13. 13

When did Chuck E. Cheese start selling booze??

  14. 14

Omfg, that man had better be locked up for a long time. >:(

  15. 15

this is a really sad story, but this has nothing to do with chuck e chesse.

i hope his family the best of luck through these hard times.

  16. 16

That dad is a hero. I would do the same for one of my kids. They need to string this guy up by his biscuits and stone him.

  17. 17

    OMG ChuckECheese

  18. 18

Maybe they SHOULD stop selling Alcohol there. Very sad.

  20. 20

That's so sad, may he rest in peace.

  21. 21

    Chuckie cheese sells booze?

  22. 22

    OMG!!! This is so horrible!!!!
The guy should be tortured for this crime!!!!!! And then slowly murdered, to eventually rot in hell!!
Nobody deserves this just because a guy felt like having a dramatic exit!!!!!!
Poor kid, he will live without a father, with the memory that his father died for him!!!!
THIS IS SO FUCKING UNFAIR!!!! DOUCHEBAGS SHOULD DIE ONE BY ONE!!

  23. 23

Its not Chuck E Cheese's fault. That guy's a grown man not a little baby. Plus, didnt it happen in the parking lot? Hes an asshole anyways look at wtf he did over a damn argument. He killed a poor boy's father in the heat of the moment.

  24. 24

take a look at that nose..

  25. 25

    Beyond words. So sad.
    .
    I FUCKING DETEST DRUNKS!
    .
SELFISH FUCKERS! DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE. AAAARRRRGGGG!!!!!

  26. 26

Agreed. If you loved your child that much you would literally die for them. I hope he r.i.p. But I feel bad his life was taken all because of this douche. Although its too late this should set as an example to all parents. Protect and love your children no matter what because you'll never know what will happen.

  27. 27

That's horrible…they really sell alcohol at Chuck E. Cheese??? What the hell! It's sickening to know that one little boy doesn't have his amazing father any more all because someone else is such a horrible person!

  28. 28

    D,: that's so sad!!

  29. 29

OMFG how terrible. This loser should be put into prison for the rest of his life.

  30. 30

Lots of crazies out there! Tragic!!!! WHY are they selling booze at a kids hangout???

  31. 31

Re: Passionate – "Further, why would a 6 year old be on a tricycle? Perhaps that might be why he'll need therapy?" Are you fucking kidding me? Why would you say that? Your name doesn's suit you very well, I'd know, I'm a Christian.. Or atleast I try to be.. Anyways, the kid just lost his dad fuck cuz he was saving his son's life over his own.. Where he was, why he did, doesn't matter.. the fact is, it happened. He's dead due to some guy who was careless, drove too fast, and just didn't care enough to save other's lives.. Sad.. No need to make jokes..

  32. 32

    Re: star_brite
i know, nothing to do with Chuck e cheese.. & they don't serve alcohol anymore, well at least all the ones out here in so-cal thsts why i don't go anymore.. that guy is just a selfish asshole!!

  33. 33

Now That is Freaking HeartBreaking! *Sniffle*

  34. 34

    This is terrible.

  35. 35

Anyone who takes their kids to Chuck E. Cheese is a low life piece of shit - Chuck E. Cheese is shit and the parents who frequent them are the flies.
Maybe it was a fun, safe place years ago, but the Jerry Springer/Maury crowd has taken it over.
This is a very sad story…wishing his family peace.

  36. 36

    Re: Passionate – You're a fucking idiot.

  37. 37

Sad story. BUT- it's a 2 beer limit at Chuck E Cheese and you can only have the second beer one hour after the first.

  38. 38

Chuck E Cheese does not sell booze. Lindsay Lohan would be all over that shit. Poor guy.. a true father.

  39. 39

Re: Passionate – You really are a fuckin idiot..

Don't reproduce, 1 of you is already too many.

Why does a kids restaurant serve alcohol anyhow? Is that an American thing..?

  40. 40

Very sad that this happened. He died a hero, saving his son's life but it was a totally unnecessary tragedy.
I totally agree about selling booze at Chuck E Cheez…nothing says lovin' like sending your kids to play at an indoor playground while mommy & daddy get shitfaced, then drive you all home!

  41. 41

This happened just a few blocks away from my home…my husband and i drive through those very streets everyday so the incident has really hit home for me..first off i completely stopped going to that chuck e. cheese because it is sooo damn ghetto i'm afraid to let the kids run around the place…2nd this St. Pierre was a real asshole.. my husband was on his way home from work and came upon the scene, he said it looked as if the cars had blown up that's how badly damaged they were.. no jail can punish this man suitably but he is a prisoner to his conscience and has to deal with the fact that he took someones life because he was having a damn bad day….so ignorant..so sad..

I hope that young child has a good support system that will let him know everyday how much his daddy loved him…

  42. 42

FKNG KIDDING !!! Perez your a simpleton… stop selling booze at chuckys…. what does chuckys have to do with this story… was he even drunk… fyi you can only by two beers total per person at chuckys…. and only one per hour….

I know you historically dont check facts or make informed comments but this takes the cake..
Make the story about the tragedy and not about your misinformed theatrics..

  43. 43

Oh god that poor child, can you imagine seeing your dad die like that and knowing he saved your life. That man is a hero, especially to his child, family & friends.

Hope the guy that caused this gets thrown in jail for life!

  44. 44

Re: BITCHULUV2H8 – Oh chill, I was questioning Perezdabeetch's use of words since he usually clearly overfabricates things. I did say it was tragic and it was!

  45. 45

Re: _Jeannie_ – It's for the adults over 21 and the alcohol is a great way to drown the screeching sounds of brats and all the "cheesy" music. I hate that place but I love my kiddos and they love going there. Obviously that guy would be an asshole anywhere.

  46. 46

Sorry , not one news source has yet to even hint at him being drunk……

  47. 47

Booze is the only thing that keeps me sane at Chuck's!

  48. 48

Your title for this post is really stupid and tasteless.

  49. 49

    Re: Passionate

Yeah you would know dumbass. You get sweaty in that rat costume? Dont go stealing alcohol now….You'll get fired.

  50. 50

    He was hot!

  51. 51

    .
I didn't know Chuck E. Cheese sold alcohol. Our local ones don't

  52. 52

So so sad, i don't think i would ever be able to understand what the mother and son are going through. His dad was a true hero for sacrificing himself.

  53. 53

OMG soooo sad!!! RIP and God bless him for being so selfless and pushing his son out of the way. It's times like this that prove your character since he had NO time to even think about what he was doing, his first instinct was to make sure his son was safe. :( I feel like I could cry right now, I pray his family will get through this as best they possibly can.

  54. 54

they really sell booze at Chuck E Cheese? that's stupid

  55. 55

So sad may his son and family be strong during this difficult time!

    God Bless!

Chuck e Cheese is partially responsible If they served him at all depending on the drivers alcohol blood level content!

  56. 56

Man this is so sad!! Poor guy, RIP:( The driver is a fucking bat shit crazy asshole who needs to go to jail!!

  57. 57

omg i got goosebumps! God bless that man. He is a hero.

  58. 58

Fucking idiots. THis will be the end of Chuckie Rat.
FINALLY! DON"T SELL BOOZE AT A KIDS HANGOUT!!
    Raging morons!
I hope this kid is set for life using Chuckie Rat's money.

  59. 59

This story still breaks by heart but i read this post and had to comment….

Re: Starflower11 – "Chuck E Cheese does not sell booze. Lindsay Lohan would be all over that shit."

    BAHAHAHAHA
I just got a mental image.

  60. 60

That's so sad!! Taking his own life for his son's, so amazing. RIP.

  61. 61

That's just horrible! May he RIP. :(

  62. 62

What do you care about a six year old being in a tricycle? Its not his fault. He's a kid having fun. He wouldn't need therapy for that. I see adults who ride rollerblades and skateboard. Now thats for kids. I never heard of Chucky E. Cheese in the bronx selling booze to adults. Its a place for kids not adults.

  63. 63

    Well, it is the Bronx…
But this is still really sad.

  64. 64

What a heartbreaking story! I think this douche should be sentenced to life in prison.

  65. 65

The only people recently I have wanted to strangle more than this douche-bag are those guys that killed the parents of those 16 mentally and/or physically challenged kids…
These are times you wish they hadnt taken away torture as a legal punishment, when these dumbass unbelievably horrible people do something…
But I hope the best for the people injured and especially that little boy (like my little cousin whose dad died sheilding him from gun-shot and my friend whose BF died after turning the car to take a hit in an accident) he will have unnecessary guilt even though he would have done the same if he was the father

  66. 66

Since when does Chuck E. Cheese sell booze? Really? Who would give a Chuck E. Cheese an alcohol license anyway? Dumbasses….

  67. 67

Stop selling booze at Chuck E. Cheese?
People have to drink BEFORE they come?
    What a terrible shame……………………

this was my husband… I appreciate everyone's support and love. Even though it's only been a week, I noticed the papers and news stopped talking about this story. I actually want/need this story to be exploited because I want New York to see what this man did. He took away a beautiful loving father, son, brother, uncle, nephew and husband. When this man goes to trial I want the entire world to look at him as the monster and animal that he is. I want them to see just what he did. He could've easily stopped when hitting into the first couple of cars but he didn't, he ran a red light on purpose my husband was in the middle of the street before he got hit. There's NO doubt in my mind that this man didn't see my husband crossing the street with his son. I just really need the ongoing support from you guys to help this story in the papers so when he goes to trial it helps convict him and give him the appropriate punishment that he deserves.
