Personally, I think the reason Robert Pattinson is the next big thing is simply because he was a 'normal' guy cast for a pretty difficult role (to play perfection!?), hated by the masses before the movie came out.. proved a point that 'normal' can be 'sexy/hot'… and the fact he is down to earth and very much the 'boy next door' without being 'Hollywood' beautiful, makes him more accessible to the masses.. for the first time it seems that this star can be your friend/boyfriend etc.. ..there said my bit.
