Arquettes On Board With Scream 4!

The rumors were true!
Courteney Cox Arquette and David Arquette have officially signed on to appear in Scream 4.
The Arquettes, who claim to have fallen in love on the set of Scream, will be reprising their roles of Gale Weathers and Deputy Dewey Riley.
David gave reporters the details direct from his plastic box hovering over Madison Square Garden on Tuesday.
"Kevin Williamson is writing the script at this moment, and hopefully Wes Craven is going to direct," he says.

But what about Neve Campbell????
"I hope Neve does it. I really hope so," says Arquette.

so excited for SCREAM 4! they have to bring back Neve Campbell also…..

Dumbasses. Thats the worst sequel of all time. Cant believe I used to be so scared of it when I was little. Guess theyre striving for a good paycheck and some spotlight.
how funny, i just watched scream 1 today!
Sream was brilliant, Scream 2 was very good, Scream 3 was okay. Hopefully #4 will be good. Also I too hope Neve Campbell comes back, she's kickass as Sidney!

What would the plot be? All the loose ends were tied up in the 3rd film… but yeah those movies used to be so scary to me. lol.

I get it if Neve wouldn't want to play it because she wants to move on from it but I think Neve has to play Sidney again!!!! There wouldn't be any point in doing another one without her!! She is essential to the Scream movies!

KW needs to bring back the character of Sidney, even if its only to kill her off. It wouldn't be the same without her! Bring back Neve.. Bring back Neve!!!

I loved the Scream films, it was a bit like Clueless meets horror, a lot of fun!
I hope Neve comes back also, in 2000 I wrote a tiny scream 4 script, it had Gale Weathers meeting her match in another bitchy reporter and I always pictured Megan Mullally doing the part
Parker Posey wasn't really declared dead in part 3 so she could come back too…
