Brand's Back! MTV Tap Russell To Host The VMAs Again
Ratings are ratings!
After his controversial appearance last year, Russell Brand will be taking on the duties of hosting the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards for a second year in a row!
The VMA's are finally heading back to New York, with Brand hosting from Radio City Music Hall on Sunday, September 13th.
As far as performances go, Miz Taylor Swift has been announced as one of the show's performers, where the country darling will be singing a "never before heard" version of her hit You Belong With Me!!!
Brit rockers Muse are scheduled to perform as well, making their US television debut.
After last year's JoBros hubub, Brand promises to keep the virgin jabs at a minimum, bringing a "controversy free festival of love and discrete orgasms" to MTV!
