George Carlin Gets The Last Word

We lost the funny mind that belonged to the wonderful George Carlin over a year ago, but the legendary comedian has left the world a few last words to treasure.
His last book, aptly titled Last Words, will be published in November.
The book is a reflection of the last decade of his life and he spent that much time working on it.
We're looking forward to it, George.

I will definitely read this book. George Carlin was a man of great insight, and I look foreward to reading his perspective on the end of his life. Should be fascinating.

…i usually don't read Perez anymore bc he seems to be an ignorant gay, a stalker of Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers and all things Tween…..but anyhow I saw George about 2 years ago right before he died….his stand up was so tasteless and dated that I left…even with my free tickets…some people just need to know when to let it go….it was horrible….much like the thing that Perez has become…..Fame makes you wierd!….

I don't think I'll ever be part of the elite Carlin-clique. The man was painfully unfunny and I'm actually embarrassed I share so many viewpoints with this pathetic hack. Easily one of the most overrated performers of all time.
Ok first off anybody who doesn't realize the relevance of anything that George carlin has done probably doesn't have any ability whatsoever to express any sort of views… Second of all anybody who would refer to any of his material as 'tired' or 'overdone' doesn't have any insight as to the message and I would be willing to bet you have a hard time dealing with and interpreting messages on a daily and consecutive basis… George carlin was brilliant in ways you never will… And the fact that you have an account on this website and I had to create one to tell you how simple and meaningless your lives are says more about you than it does me… Your the same pricks who impulse buy a national enquirer at the checkout line… Lonely and brain dead soccer moms… The mentally handicapped… or just plain people from LA who live superficial and self serving lives… Wake up and notice the message folks… The focus on celebrities… American idol… And all the other stupid meaningless shit is all meant to take your mind off of how bad your being screwed… The intelligent ones are interested as to how… To the inconsequential go back to being asleep…
