Jessica & Tony: What Went Wrong?
The recent split of Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo has some people shocked and confused as to how this seemingly happy couple could break-up so quickly and without warning. These confused and shocked people are also the same folks who buy stuff on QVC and spend hours on eBay!
We've become pretty accustomed to the theory that no celebrity relationship is safe, no matter how "happy" they may seem.
But what did go awry with Jessica and Tony? And how could Romo coldly end things the night before Jessica's B-day?
Sources say that the couple have been "having a lot of problems lately in general," but their relationship has never be devoid of drama.
First, Jessica was a jinx for the Cowboys. Then, Jessica was rumored to still be hung up on ex John Mayer. Then, there was all that drama with Jessica's weight issues.
Wait, we're seeing a pattern here.
Maybe it's Jessica's fault?
Drama magnets tend to be a drag. So maybe Tony had enough?
According to sources, though it was painful, it was actually a mutual thing: "She is heartbroken. She loves Tony. But it's been difficult lately. He's busy with his career and she's getting ready to shoot her show (The Price of Beauty). They decided to part ways."
Ce'st la vie! We're anxious to see who Jess will shack up with next. Hopefully, she'll stay away from a certain ex who also finds himself single these days.

I'll tell you exactly what happened. She's about to be 29, she's a typical girly-woman of that age - she's freaking that she's not married, and her bio clock is ticking. She's been hinting about marriage for a while now and I'm sure the hints for a birthday engagement ring were flying. Tony has a job that starts NOW, and he needs to focus on that. She is losing her career, and youth — she pushed, he jumped. Simple as that.
I think I'm the only woman I know who didn't run after some man to get married by 25 or 30! but all my friends had that panic thing going. They get awfully clingy and will marry anybody…

Jess is beautiful, and has experienced much success. She is worthy in her own right simply by being who she is. It's simple; this Tony Romo is not the one for her. He hasn't done right by her, but someone decent will. It's time that Jess looked after Jess for a while, and got picky about who she will allow to land her. She has everything going for her, and I hope she doesn't forget it.

I didn't want them to be together, and hoped they would break up but to do it right before her birthday was cold, i never understood why she loved him so much because to me even though i never met him or even heard him speak there always seemed to be something…shady with him. And she definitely doesn't need any man to take care of her, because she is a very wealthy woman worth $80 million right now, and every cent she earned herself through hard work, not by inheriting it from rich daddy, or by divorcing a rich husband or by leaching some guy. She should be respected for that. And I wish Jessica success with her new VH1 show 'The Price of Beauty' and much happiness.

I think they were over long time ago. Jessica is a disgustingly high maintenance chick, Jennifer Aniston is the same type. Men don't want over hyped fake drama queens like them.
Although her taste in men does not seem to be so great —–she does seem to be a nice girl! At least she is not a druggie or ho like alot of the young people her age!! I hope she can find a guy to marry her and have kids , I think thats what she is ready for!!

Sport show commentators tore him down with joke, especially about Jessica. since hooking up with Jessica, Tony has lost alot of fans, who liked him before he started dating Jessica. He has had to much bad press since hooking up with her. Besides, I live in Texas, and there were alot of stories about how the two of them argued all the time. We have our QB back. Go Cowboys.
