"Thin and frail?" The Grandpa of Darkness was just exhausted from hauling that bling everywhere!

Reducing calories lengthens your life, and Ozzie was pretty good about jumping on his treadmill on his show. A little weight work would help him maintain his muscle and bone mass and youthful step/appearance for sure. Gawd I love Ozzie's unparalleled wailing (metal) pipes; esp. No More Tears album. : )
Thin and frail? He is in (or almost) in his 60's! He is looking as good as someone in his age should. He's not going to have R-Patz's physique., or a bodybuilder's muscles. They need to cut him a break!

He prob looks thin and frail because he has Parkin syndrome, which is very similiar to Parkinson's disease… Poor guy.
