$120 Million Lawsuit Against Janet Jackson Dismissed!!!!

Janet Jackson can breathe a sigh of relief after these difficult weeks coping with the death of her brother.
A NYC judge has dismissed a $120 million lawsuit brought against the songstress stemming from an incident in 2005, which claims her bodyguards roughed up a man who wished to say goodnight to her inside Club Marquee in NYC.
Just to say goodnight?!
He sounds crazy and that's what bodyguards are for!!!

"They were monsters," said Leonard Salati, the genius who filed suit.
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Jane Solomon found that Jackson's bodyguard was not the assailant and that his alleged attackers were employees of a security firm hired by the club.
The judge also dismissed Salati's suit against the club, but is allowing claims against the security firm hired by the club to continue.
Salati called the ruling "outrageous," and said he would appeal to continue the suit against Janet.

There should be a ridiculous meter when filing a lawsuit, and if the lawsuit is deemed truly ridiculous, Janet should be able to slap this guy upside the head on some reality show.
This is perfect. This guy tries to talk to a star and gets his ass handed to him by a bunch of bodyguards. Then he sues but it turns out it wasnt Janet's crew that did the deed. Sounds very familiar to a certain Perez Hilton getting his face punched and blaming the wrong guy…and then suing! It sounds JUST like you.

oh please, they have lawsuits against them all the time. and as for his death, sadness yes, surprising NO! I was surprised he did not die years ago from his drug abuse, all his surgeries and his lifestyle. It is amazing, the stories being made up about him. and that is the only word I can say about that. alot coming from the jackson family. don't know if janet is responsible for any of them, but others in her family-are responsible for alot of this.

What part of the 'People connected to Jackson were NOT the assailants' does this Salati not understand? He wants to continue on this same avenue regardless of her and her staff's ruled unrelatedness. Being roughed up is a nasty thing to go through, but he needs to go after the responsible parties. If he feels her staff were connected in spite of the ruling, he needs to prove it in court, or go home.
