Artie Lange Pleads Not Guilty To DUI!!!

Yeah, right!
Howard Stern's sidekick, Artie Lange, has pleaded not guilty to a DUI charge after causing a minor traffic incident in New Jersey on Friday.
Lange was deemed under the influence by authorities through observation and a requested urine sample.
Supposedly, the comedian passed the alcohol screening test, yet the results have not been confirmed.
We find it hard to believe he was driving around Jersey not drinking!!!!

I live in the town where this happened and met with Artie the next day. He was not drunk, he blew a .00 however he did have an anti depressant in him which can make you feel loopey. He was going to pick up his mom's RX from walgreens around the corner….NOT DRUNK!!!

I'm a huge Howard fan and a devoted listener as many stated, one should know all Artie does on the air is lie. How he has such a fanbase is beyond me… and another thing, you don't have to be drinking to be seen drive erratically, as the witnessess stated. He is more known for doing "drugs" including pills, than his drinking of late. Mixing anti-depressants with other pills will knock you for a loop- hence, the "intoxicant" charge… don't have to be booze, Perez. He's a douche, yer right!

If you'd listen to the show he said the only thing that they will find is anti-depressants. Artie has been clean for a while now. He has always been open about his using. The NJ cops just hauled him in because of his reputation and nothing else I'm sure. They must not have a whole lot to do out there or they wanted to say they arrested Artie Lang to their family and friends.
