An Indie Movie We Can Get Behind

We're so excited to see Alanis Morissette and Alicia Silverstone get work! (Sort of.)

Watch the spoof trailer the ladies did mocking the hell out of all indie flicks.

We enjoyed it, and we definitely like some of the music. Ha!

What do U think?

P.S. When will Alicia get a real job????

Alicia will get a job as soon as she decides to bare those tittays.

    4. 4

Ohh my god Perez! Do you ever post anything people care about?!

    5. 5

I hate it. I'm gonna rape it.

    6. 6

I'm glad they found it funny, ’cause nobody else did.

    7. 7

The bassline from the Tegan & Sara song "Where Does the Good Go?" is used in this clip… and then they don't even include Tegan & Sara in the (many) bands listed!!! Bad form :(

    8. 8

      Loved it - very funny

    9. 9

    10. 10

    11. 11

good question perez. WHEN THE FUCK WILL YOU GET A REAL JOB? honestly you make fun of all these actors that are currently out of work but it is just because you could never ever find work as an actor because you were a talentless loser.

    12. 12

Perez, when will you get a real job??? seriously…this is not forever!

    13. 13

      Re: NikKita!
      lmao so true

    14. 14

      I thought it was funny.
Why does Alicia look like she hasn't aged much. Ahh, lucky bitch.

    15. 15

Re: Cdn Grrl – At least they put "and many more" so that kind of includes them. I wouldve liked it better if they put their names though.

Alannis should seriously enlist Dave Carrol and the Sons of Maxwell (youtube - United Breaks Guitars) to assist funnying up her next video. Eh.

    17. 17

Did anyone else notice that they spelled unforgettable wrong
      "unfortgettable"

but I thought it was pretty funny.

    21. 21

not a huge fan of either…

    22. 22

THAT was funny. and both ladies were looking beautiful!

    23. 23

I do like the music. Maybe I will watch it.

    24. 24

      Haha! Very funny!

      25

That was funny as hell. Sub "Catch and Release" there and you pretty much have the same thing. Music was good tho…

    26. 26

hahahahaha, i like indie movies dont get me wrong, but that was funny..

    27. 27

Sucks…but I watched it so I guess I suck too.

    28. 28

      that was REALLY dumb.
the only funny parts were the words on the screen. not Alanis or Alicia, at all. Funny or Die can do much better than this crap…

    29. 29

LOL I love it! I hate indie films and their stupid soundtracks. lmao. Oh! And the font they use - the one where it looks like it's all drawn. aaaha reminds me of that new one coming out & it also reminds me of Juno & Nick & Norah and everything! Well, Nick & Norah isn't much of an indie film.

    30. 30

I just gained a whole lot of respect for both of them. That was funny!

    31. 31

Not another fuckin "hipster" movie full of pretentious indie references, like two people sitting around talking about how they love the yeah yeah yeahs, wow your soooo cool (sarcasm).

    32. 32

i love it, i will as if buy it lol

    33. 33

      ahahaha, love it!

    34. 34

Ugh, man, remember when Funny or Die was actually…you know, funny? Like "The Landlord" or "Good Cop Baby Cop", or anything with James Franco in it?

This was amusing (even though it didn't get the "look" of an indie film right, it got the soundtrack/inane "so hip" dialogue) but only mildly so. With this, the Tony Romo thing from yesterday and the Denise Richards "funbags" segment, they've been striking out as of late.

      35

Haha, I'm glad someone finally made fun of indie films…

    36. 36

When are YOU going to get a real job?

    37. 37

I'd rent it, but i dont think i would leave the house for that one

    38. 38

Alicia has a real life…… there's a huge difference between that and a 'real job'….
      She's a great lady!

    39. 39

Funny.. 'Is this a CD or a movie?'

    40. 40

      …..sorry…but what a stupid movie:s
maybe if i download it from utoreent like a year later i ll see it hahahah

    41. 41

It looks like it might actually be funny.

    42. 42

I only ever liked one song and that was about 5 years ago, and now i hate it, so i doubt i'll like this song :P

    43. 43

      Ummmm….that barely parodied a few indie flicks…

    44. 44

The Rural Alberta Advantage is AMAZING! Edmonton represent!

    45. 45

yea because bitching about celebrities is a real job……!!

    46. 46

      stupid!

no matter what - alicia reminds me of my h.s. b.f.f. who has sadly passed away. i love the combo - like fries in shake.

    48. 48

IT'S NOT A REAL MOVIE, YOU DUMBASSES!!! IT'S A FUCKING SPOOF!!!

    49. 49

Re: CoinOperatedGirl: Maybe Alica hasn't aged cuz she's a Vegan like me.. or maybe a Vampire!

    50. 50

I just listened to Alanis' "My Humps" it was like a car wreck I couldn't turn away. I'm really not sure if it's beautifully tragic or just painful? Maybe both.

    51. 51

Am I the only one whos going to say this?
Alicia once told the press that Alanis wasn't good to her fans because she never replied to alicias fan mail/friend request that mentioned a mutual fan. Looks like Alicias dreams came true here. I liked it. i was shocked to hear about them working together but happy for alicia. I love the short clips of them.
I'm still waiting for "Radiofree Albemuth"which stars Alanis.

    52. 52

they raped "where does the good go"!
      not nice!

    53. 53

i thought it was very funny!
