Debbie Rowe Is Heaping Mad, Sues Over Custody Rumors.
Debbie Rowe isn't looking for any money from the Jackson family (just yet), but she will be racking it in if she wins her new lawsuit against the woman who fueled rumors that Debbie was prepared to surrender her custody rights over her two children with Michael Jackson for millions of dollars.
The official documents list the charges in which Debbie is bringing against the woman, Rebecca White, as " defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress." Debbie insists that all the "evidence" White provided, including the supposed e-mails where she admits she will trade the kids for cash, are completely fabricated.
In the lawsuit paperwork, Debbie's team admits the women had contact, but never did they talk about "Mr. Jackson, his family, or Ms. Rowe's children. There are also no emails between the parties since Mr. Jackson's death (with the exception of two sent by Ms. White, to which Ms. Rowe did not respond, and in fact, one of which was not even opened until July 14, 2009, when Ms. White's interview first came to light)."
The lawsuit also claims that this isn't the first time Rebecca White has committed "malicious acts" for financial gain against celebrities. Supposedly, she has done the same thing to other famous folks, such as Naomi Campbell, singer Robbie Williams, Kate Moss and the late Heath Ledger.
Someone must think "slander" is her middle name!

i'm not a debbie rowe fan, but i have to say, i think she's handled herself well since mj's death. it really has made me believe that she's not out for money and not out for the custody of the kids.

Why am I the only one who saw the MJ special where she was quoted (not paid) as saying that yes, she was paid to carry Michael's children, they were good friends and she did this for him. She freely admitted to having received payment for doing so and was also quoted as saying that she would not be a good mother as raising and traing her horses was her life. She also said that she hoped their Grandmother, Katherine receives custody of the children. This lawsuit is LATE if anything. She's been saying since the day of his death that's she's not looking for anything more from the Jackson estate. It is her right to sue someone over a libelous column, and she's had more than her fair share. Maybe she just decided enough was enough. And does anyone know how much she's suing for? I haven't hears a single number. For all we know she could be suing for nothing more than a retraction, an apology and lawyers fees. Give the woman a break. Just b/c you don't like the way she looks doesn't make her evil.

You guys are the coldest people I've run across in awhile. It's a very giving thing to be a surrogate parent and the hardest thing to have to deal with negative flack about it. No one deserves to be trashed like she was. ALL SURROGATES are BOUGT OUT - keep that in mind and look around your own neighborhoods.
