Fat Chance Bethany Frankel! Housewives Skinny Show Hits A Legal Snag

It's hard to make a show when the title has been ripped off.
Such is the case for Bethany Frankel, one of the former stars of the Real Housewives Of New York and rumored to be getting her own reality show called Skinny and the City. Everyone seems to be on-board with this, except Tanya Zuckerbrot, the founder of skinnyandthecity.com, a website designed for New York women looking to eat healthier.
Whoops! Call the lawyers!
Indeed, Tanya intends to sue if Bethany's show jacks her title, as she insists it took her team a long time to arrive at that name:
She says, "Me and my staff spent a considerable amount of time brainstorming [the name of the site] and decided ‘Skinny and the City’ truly encapsulates the philosophy I preach.”
Bethany better start brainstorming herself then, because that name is clearly off the table.
May we make a suggestion? How about: Vapid Rich Bitch & Co.

this website skinnyandthecity.com is actually the shit. i just checked it out after i read this article and I signed up for the daily newsletter about nutrition, fashion and beauty and so far I AM PLEASED! yall should sign up because it really is a fabulous website. i think tanya is a very talented lady and creative as well to come up with this name and if bethenny thinks she can just swoop in and take it there be DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA!!!!!!!
