Yes, that's supposed to be Dakota Fanning.

Cause like dakota fanning is a great actress but she only has a small part in the book so I dont think that the movie oster should have just her with two other people wearing black capes

though i say perez,i am very interested to see what the last movie will look like when bella has her 'transformation" because in the book it makes her close to unrecognisable,or just amazingly gorgeous (not that kristen isnt)
maybe they are test driving that one out on dakota?

this is not real, its the same EXACT picture as her gap ad. But her website does say she is booked to play a vampire on Twilights sequel "New Moon". If she is not in the saga then oh well, it will still be amazing, if she is in it, then lucky her and lucky us!

It could be photo-shopped?? ITs not the real one the real one is already legallised I guess. . . but all I personally know this is not the offical one I guess its one of the posters Cause I see these everywhere. .

and I agree with Vesper she isnt the main character shes only in mostly 1 chapter at the end of the book. . . people are making a big deal about her being in this movie so people think shes the main character cause those people didnt read new moon THE BOOK people should always read the book first then see the movie…. so get your facts straight!

I pictured jane a little differently when i read the book but I actually think Dakota Fanning can pull her off.
Theres something a little creepy and above-her-years ish about Dakota that could really work in that roll.

Beleive it or not, ITS REAL. Dakota fanning is playing a vampire named jane who works with the volturi in the series in twilight. She will be seen in "new moon" and the final installment "breaking dawn" if they stick to the real story. Personally I dont think Fann(y)ing has it in her to play this carecter because she has to be evil and creepy and i dont think she has it in her. She likes to be thought of as "cute" NOT evil. BUT….. Prove me wrong Dakota : D

all these people asking why they would make an official poster out of jane, lots of movies will make an official poster of lots of characters, not just the MAIN ones, its cool, because then u see all the characters u wanna see before the movie. They especially do this with book to movie films. =] I dunno if this is real tho, it doesnt even look like she has red eyes in this pic
