      You can't tell from this picture whether or not she has cellulite; cellulite is usually more prevalent in the buttocks and backs of the thighs. Besides, people who aren't overweight often don't have pronounced cellulite development. All she has to do is stay thin — a fairly simple task if you've got the money to pay for the best trainers and dieticians, have special meals delivered to you, etc.
