Chris Brown has just released a statement, owning up to his actions in February and apologizing for severely beating then-girlfriend Rihanna.

i for one being a victim of physical abuse caused by a partner do not in any way condone his action but i honestly think that he is truly sorry for his actions and the grief he has caused yes he may have been reading his speach but i would have wrote it 100 times over to make sure i didnt sound like a fool to the world its not up to you or i to forgive him but for rhianna i forgave my ex after awhile he has changed his ways and got help and i wish him all the best with his future partners and i wish Chris Brown the same he has clearly gotten help and is trying good on you chris

I belive Chris Brown . it dont matter if hes reading a cue card it takes heart for him to say sorry so Perez & everyone else can stop being so mean & have a heart for someone so talented . If you dont believe him or dont accept his apology its prolly because you wasnt a fan to begin with .
