Michael Phelps was training hard in Italy this weekend for the 2009 World Swimming Championships. But the water wasn't the only thing with ripples.

Perez, he's actually a really cool guy. I met him in Indianapolis last time he was here for a swimming competition and he was extremely nice to me and the other people who got to meet him.

Wow, look he is carrying a bottle of PureSport the new sports drink that helped him train and win all those medals in the 2008 Olympics. With all the other choices of beach beverages he sticks with the one that works, stays hydrated and feeds his muscles the fuel he need to comb the beach or kick butt in the pool.
