No wonder Michael Jackson's finances were in shambles! Michael's final business manager, Dr. Tohme Tohme, had once filed for bankruptcy himself.

Not much is known about the Lebanese mystery friend and employee of MJ, but documents have surfaced showing that the doctor turned celebrity business manager first tried his hand at being a real estate agent and had to file for bankruptcy due to a botched deal. Afterwards, he attempted to fight the courts to keep the information private.
A source says: "He didn't want to reveal certain types of information. He lost."
He must of hid it well enough on his own, since this happened in the late 1990s and he was MJ's business handler for a long time after that.
Someone really should have been doing the hiring for MJ. It looks like he had been played left and right. Wonder how much this guy was involved in the massive debt Jackson found himself in towards the end?

this coverage is getting crazy. mj had massive debt for YEARS!!!!! not just because of this guy, if this guy had anything to do with it. MJ did not have INVESTMENTS, other then the Beatles catalog and I think that was to spite Paul M. He put most of his money into Neverland and his 'toys'. don't know why everyone keeps saying that MJ had a great business mind. maybe for landing music deals, but after the performances, records, etc. what did he do with it all? buy a giraffe? the elephant man's bones?
