According to reports, Sprite recently crossed the line in Germany with this over-the-top commercial (above) that was banned by the local government.

i dont believe this. its a fake. even the german sentence at the end is wrong. also:
in germany the government doesnt have ability to ban stuff just as they feel like it! we have a control system that is independant. its a democracy unlike the us
