Mushy To Be Recast!
You knew that the network had a Plan B stored away just in case Mischa Barton's "illness" got the best of her. Since that happens to be the case, sources are saying that a contingency plan is already in the works.
The plan set in motion won't outright replace Mushy's character on The CW's The Beautiful Life, but the new actress to come on board QUICKLY would play a strikingly similar one, in features and personality.
No word yet as to who that actress might be.
Production has already been stalled a week (the network is citing problems with the set, but c'mon! we're not fools) and Mischa is still in lockdown. But the show will go on with or without her.
We just really want to see what's left of her "acting ability". Besides, the character seems really simple for Mushy to handle: an underweight, overly drugged-up model with self image problems.
It's like it was written for her!
Get better soon, Mushy and get back on TV.
