Vane$$a Hudgens Sues Former Manager!

Disney darling Vanessa Hudgens has slapped her former manager with a big ol' lawsuit!
Why????
Well, Hudgens brokered a "secret settlement" with former manager Johnny Viera by paying off Viera back in April when he sued Hudgens for not handing over his $hare of her earnings!
But with Viera's MySpace page alleging that he still manages Vanessa, Hudgens is suing the gold digger for "violating" the settlement!
Vanessa must have forked over a ton of $$$$ last spring to warrant a lawsuit!!
UPDATE: Viera has just issued an official statement. Says the former manager, "The claim is without merit and I am hopeful we can move past this very soon!”

Re: Hollywood Marilyn – not true, i met her at bob's big boy and she was a total sweetheart. she autographed my magazine and took a picture with me. she was very gracious and down to earth. also 1,000 times more beautiful in person!

Vanessa's former manager is a jerk that just went after her money. Once Vanessa became famous and started making money he tried to sue her for 5 million dollars. You should have seen his claims. Most of them were dismissed obviously but this is what he gets. I hope Vanessa wins. Her claims are completely correct. Vanessa is still listed as one of his clients on his myspace.
P.S Perez, I really appreciate you being nicer with this post. I am a huge fan like I have said before and I really love that you haven't anything insulting in this post. Don't stop being funny, that's your thing but don't take cheap shots on vulnerable situations
