Katherine Jackson Continues To Fight For Executor Rights, Rejected!

Katherine Jackson's request to become an executor of her son's estate has been informally rejected!
Harsh!
Katherine reportedly wants "a seat" at the co-executors table of Michael Jackson's estate, although no one is sure to whether she wants to join John Branca and John McClain as the third co-executor or if she would rather be the sole executor of MJ's estate.
Jackson's mother is now represented by MJ's former lawyer, Londell McMillan, who says Katherine and Joe hired him because they were "concerned" over Jackson's estate.
McMillan is "optimistic" the executor matter can be handled with grace, but he's "prepared to go the distance if Mrs. Jackson directs to do so."
Some major shiz is about to go down!!!

Katherine AND Joe hired the attorney. Sounds like Joe is still in the picture. Another reason not to give Katherine custody of those kids.
She deserves nothing. Michael didn't name her as executor for a reason, and that reason probably has to do with Joe Jackson. People should be able to pick who they want to execute their last wishes. How many adults here would name their parents as executors to their wills? I wouldn't. This is all about money, plain and simple. Katherine has all her other children who were living off of Michael, so she needs to keep supporting them. Obviously, Michael didn't want that, and his wishes should be respected.
Joe is still pulling the puppet strings of this weak woman I see. Michael didn't want her to have any say over the will. He left her 40% of the money she needs to shut up and respect the will.

I feel Katherine should be seated because this is her son. Michael left her everything so why should anyone want to ignore Michael Jackson's final wishes. Everyone has so many opinions regarding this issue until it makes me feel that even in his death he is still being disrespected. Leave his Mom in charge and she needs to do what her and michael planned for oh so many years. He left her in charge over what every and any one is to receive and our public opinion should never matter. No one should tamper with this mans wishes because God is looking at all those others trying to cash in on his legacy. LAYDEE
Has anyone stopped to think that perhaps Ms. Katherine is trying to be sole executer for a reason? There is some really shady stuff going on behind closed doors, and the family is now privy to it, so she's trying to take over his estate before anyone else can damage anything else. And someone mentioned Londell McMillian as being an ex-lawyer for Michael, well so was John Branca and John McClain. Like I said, there is some shady stuff going on, and half of the shady stuff that is going on, only the family and those involved know about.
Use the clause in the will about contesting it and kick this greedy bitch out of the will completely!

This is good news!! Katherine is being manipulated by Joe Jackson, who has nothing to lose! The will should be followed word for word, that is Michael's final wishes.

This is so ridiculous. They should be so ashamed to be fighting over this. They didn't respect Michael's needs and wishes when he was alive, and they aren't doing it now. It was HIS choice to name those executors. Those he chose have done nothing against Michael's best interest. They aren't National of Islam or any of the money grubbing doctors or hangers on. They are respected, successful executives who are well-capable and qualified to make the decisions of these estate. HOW the HELL is 80-year-old Katherine?!?!? Who is still so clearly influenced by the evil, publicity and money whore JOE?! That family is just so dreadful.

Why, why does she DESERVE a seat?? If Michael thought she deserved a seat, he would have given her one. If the law thought she deserved a seat, all mothers would get one. This woman no more deserves a seat than Joe does. They are dreadful people, who are once again disrespecting Michael and what he believed he needed for their own financial gain. It's despicable and disgusting and the lowest form of parents on earth.

This strong matriarch will always fight for her family first. It probably seems odd to one of her generation to have two seeming strangers executoring her son's estate. It's probably a bit scary, too, with all of the financial chicanery in the world today. Reassurance that proper accounting and firm oversight will be enacted might serve to calm this dear woman.
MJ fired the people who executed the will. That's the truth and Mj also once said he dont trust Branca. No one is contesting the will.. they may contest the trustees of the will. Questions on whether MJ wanted these people who he had dismissed from his life.
of course joe is concerned he was cut out! rightfully so /according to the decedent / but those poor kids, thinking back to looking at the pic of those 3 children going 2 some religious thang outside of their normalcy , thats gotta be scary..

Where was mom with all this loving concern when it was Michael's physical and mental health at issue? She wants the executor's fee: 5% of the gross estate in most states. Michael had a will and named the executors HE wanted. Hope the court honors the will and keeps this greedy b***h out of the $$$$$$$$$
