"Manslaughter"!
It looks like police are investigating Michael Jackson's death for possible evidence of manslaughter!
Dr. Conrad Murray, who had tried in vain to revive Jackson in his home, has been interviewed by authorities, but is, so far, not considered a suspect.
They did, however, search the doctor's clinic in Houston on Wednesday and seized several items, including "a forensic image" of a computer hard drive and 21 documents.
Police, of course, are not saying much, neither confirming nor denying rumors.
Even though Murray is not being considered a suspect, Murray's attorney claims that the doctor has been subjected to intense public ire, saying that he "is frustrated by negative and often erroneous media reports, he has to walk around 24-7 with a bodyguard. He can't operate his practice. He can't go to work because he is harassed no matter where he goes."
He went on to say that "Based on Dr. Murray's minute-by-minute and item-by-item description of Michael Jackson's last days, he should not be a target of criminal charges" and that the records seizure is to further clear up the coroner's investigation.
Murray is currently at his home in Vegas and so far neither his home nor his office there has been searched.
The DEA is involved in the case, which could mean that they are looking for drugs that came out of state.

I think AEG should also be under investigation. For one, they had insurance coverage on Michael in case of overdose. Two: AEG was the ones paying for the "private" doctor…. the one that was with him when he died.. why isn't anyone looking into this??

I believe from the bottom of my heart that Dr. Murray either:
1. Gave Michael too much of something, and that something being medication to help him sleep
or
2. He didn't monitor Michael how he was supposed to, and b/c of that Michael didn't wake up.
One of the biggest things that is shady about this Dr. is regarding the amount of time it took him to reach out to 911. It took him forever to call, then when he called he failed to get the address, which is weird b/c he had been staying there, and even if he never knew the address he could have either ran outside to get it, or he could have asked someone. And perhaps he panicked and that's why he was giving CPR on a bed.
Michael told AEG that he needed Dr. Murry in London with him, and I feel he made that request b/c he would have been getting even less sleep w/ the time zone difference, plus a lack of sleep from his performances. He wanted that doctor around him to help him get some rest. Dr. Murry did something wrong, and I really feel that he was trying to cover something up, when what he should have been doing was to call 911. People want to crucify Michael, but having severe insomnia can push you to take drastic measures (like hire a doctor to help you sleep) when trying to rest. Michael was healthy, and was ready for those shows, it was just something that went terribly wrong that day, and Dr. Murry knows what went wrong. It will all come out….

1) There was the suspicious clause in Michael's contract that if Michael died by unnatural causes, AEG gets paid $20M. AEG claims Michael passed a physical despite his frail frame and Randy Philips stating that THEY have to make sure he eats! Branca suddenly is re-hired (by whom exactly isnt clear yet) DAYS before Michael passed away and had a letter signed stating that Branca would be left in charge. Why would he need to do that if he was already in the latest will unless Branca knows what LaToya and Katherine know which is that the 2002 will ISNT the last will MJ signed. However if the latest will IS found, Branca now has this letter to say this is the last request of Michael's leaving Branca in charge which would veto the last will if found. Branca for some mysterious reason has the only known will to Michael Jackson despite not working for Michael Jackson for several years. Also Branca is named an executor to Michael's estate despite being fired by Michael?
Dr Murray was on AEG's pay roll. Why would Michael need a cardiologist in the first place? Why would an insurance company cover a man with heart issues? People claim he was MJ's personal doctor, but MJ never signed the agreement despite having Dr Murray around for two months. Why didnt MJ sign the agreement? Murray should NEVER have been giving Michael Propofol at his home PERIOD! Dr Murray didnt call 911 at all and someone else did after 30mins. Murray didnt perform CPR correctly if at all. When still unidentified caller called 911 and was asked if the Dr saw what happened, the Dr brushed off the question and asked for an ambulance. Murray should know that the ambulance would already been on its way as soon as unidentified caller gave the address. Murray claims he didnt know address despite staying there long enough and had his own business dealings in which he would need to know his own location. Also where Michael was living is easy to find. Hospital was only 6mins away from Michael home. Dr disappeared after Michael was taken to hospital and had his car towed. Michaels own Dr didnt sign his death certificate as he should but rather La Toya did. Murray returned WITH A LAWYER!
AEG are selling merchandise, tickets, memorial booklets all to make money. They plan to do a tribute concert which will make them money. This is probably the real reason Janet doesnt want to participate is because they may have had a hand in his demise but this is speculation on my behalf. They just sold the TII rehearsal footage for $60M. 90% to MJ's estate, 10% to AEG. But now AEG don't want just apart of Michael's 90% which they're not entitled too, THEY WANT APART OF HIS ACTUAL ESTATE?
I dont get it. Michael passed SEVERAL physical examens in order to do these shows. If he was on all this kind of drugs.. how would he even pass the examsn? Its fishy and Im afraid the truth will never come out!!!!!

One of Murray's friends or associates who worked with him (in either Texas or Nevada) said Murray complained to him that AEG owed him $300,000. That's 2 months worth of his $150,000 salary. If Michael never signed off on the contract, the question becomes why didn't he if he was so insistant to have the doctor with him? Had he changed his mind? And I wonder if the doctor ever knew the reason he wasn't getting paid was becuz Michael didn't sign the contract to officially put him on AEG's payroll.

That speaks volumes about you… What can he do to you? You must be a very lonely person. And you said he "shopped" drugs, were you with him? Highly doubt it… And if I'm in La la land as you call it, then your obviously in Michael land, because you can't seem to keep him off your mind. He had people around him who wanted to please him just so they could continue mooching off of him. At the end of the day this dude was a Dr. so regardless if Michael asked him for a powerful drug or not in order to rest, being a Dr. it was his responsibility to not supply them. This Dr. took The Hippocratic Oath so Michael was his responsibility. Money was clouding this Doctors mind when it came down to the right thing's to do. Say all you want hater, but this Dr. wouldn't be going through searches etc. if he wasn't responsible for what took place to Michael. The DEA wasn't using a warrant as an "excuse" to just get in his office to look at his offices, Fact is that they are trying to gather information to nail this guy. They are going to build a case, they are not going to state that though until they gather enough evidence first.

Who DOES that?? You dont call an office demanding a prescription for a drug not available to the public. He was desperate so he had that doctor live with him and get it for him. But I dont blame the doctor for his drug abuse. Thats dumb. For real.

And though Michael is gone I will always be happy b/c unlike you I realized how great of a person Michael was, despite what the media had to say about him. And to answer your question, yes I did see the nurse, I also have been seeing all the rest of the people who have come out of the wood work to give their two cents now that he is gone. You can bring up that nurse and any other person who was once affiliated with Michael. What are you trying to prove? Michael was desperate; desperate to sleep. He trusted someone to help him to do that, and that someone didn't do his job correctly, and that is why he's being looked at as a prime suspect.

Well obviously I'm not the only one who adored the heck out of Michael Joseph Jackson. The thousands of positive comments vs. the handful of negative comments from people like you proves that. And the fool is the person (you) who keeps coming back to discuss a man that you obviously don't like/know nothing about. I've come to grips with the fact that your dislike of Michael has to do with your own personal demons.
