The police were responding to aggravated battery and armed robbery charges against the tattooed beauty when Knuth reportedly pointed a gun at police, starting a massive shootout that landed the criminal in the hospital.

Full facial tattoos like this are uhm, a bit unusual; so if I were an officer on duty and this man pulled a gun on me, I'd be prone to shoot first and ask questions later. They put him out of commission by only wounding him, so that's about all you could ask for in this type of situation, don't you think?

Look at his profile shot - and look at the very weird slope of his forehead. Usually a person's forehead, nose and chin are all pretty much in-line, but his face is just one big backward slope! Very weird.
