Jude Law Accused Of Hitting A Female!
Seems like British actor Jude Law might be in a bit of legal troubles.
Last night, Jude was spotted leaving the Wyndham Theatre in London, having performed in Hamlet. He even took the time to sign autographs for his fans.
Later that evening, he attended a dinner hosted by movie director Christopher Nolan, along with other celebs.
Around 1am this morning, Jude was seen leaving the London restaurant when the paps started snapping away.
As a somewhat inebriated irritated Law made his way out, 28-year-old female paparazzo Harsha Gopal says Jude struck her in the head.
According to the pap, "He hit me full in the face. It was a real stinger, it was very sore."
However, Jude's reps were quick to dismiss the claims, stating the whole thing was merely an accident.
His attorney claims, "This is all nonsense. Last night's incident was an accident. Jude was blinded by the camera flashes when he left the restaurant, raised his hand to shield himself and inadvertently struck somebody standing very close. He apologised and left. Pictures of this sort can often be misleading."
Police have yet to reveal if a formal complaint has been issued against Jude. But pictures of the incident can be seen HERE.

that's some pretty hard impact, you don't get that by lifting up your arm. it looks very intentional.
She is definitely fabricating her story. From the pictures, he's hitting her in the back of the head! It does appear that he is lifting his hand to shield himself from the flashing lights

I don't think he looks irritated as much as the lights from the bulbs are blinding him…there were several there, and so it causes you to scrunch up your face. I think he was just lifting his hand and didn't see her.

if she was standing next to JUDE LAW,
with that FABULOUS camera,
why in gods name is she standing with her back to him?

It looks like he was smiling and putting his hand out like..hello. She got hit..probably not very hard, but overacted it. His picture where he turns and looks angry was probably him realizing he had hit someone and didn't mean too. Paps really exaggerate …it makes them money!
who cares! every idiot in the world is getting away with hitting people these days. Look at chris brown. Who cares, whatever. I don't think he did it on purpose though. He has never been accused of this behavior toward a woman before has he? The chick, like everyone else, probably needs cash.
Her back is clearly turned to him, so what is he shielding himself from? She obviously was not taking a photo when she was hit in the back of the head, because her body was facing the other way when his hand first started to rise, and when it struck her. Maybe he was trying to shield from other photogs, but then why would his hand go out towards her when there was no flash from her camera? Its hard to tell in the confusion.
She needs to get over it……they push people to their breaking point and when they break, they act stunned and confused.

It seems like an accident to me. He probably could not even see with all the light bulbs flashing in his face, so the woman can not honestly blame him when she indirectly caused it.

He had his hand/arm up to shield himself from all the flashlights from the cameras. She's just out to make some quick money. If anything, Jude should sue her ass for getting so up in his face with a camera. The flashes from these cameras are blinding. On occassion I have seen how in your face the paparazzi are and how you can actually lose your sight and bearings for a few seconds when the cameras go off and they weren't even pointed at or that near to me. No sympathy whatsoever for that cow!

Uuhhh, saw the picture…quite obvious he was shielding himself and made a mistake. Being a celebrity sounds like a royal pain in the ass with people in your effing face everywhere you go.
He had been very patience with photographers every nigth outside the theater, they are out of control. The ligths of the flashes are annoying and you can't see anything. I think They are using her genre (female) to make him look bad, and that is disgusting. All my life I have been fighting with the fact that female aren't diferentt to male at work, and people like her make us take a step back.

I saw a picture of him "hitting" her. It just so happened it was in the back of the head, and it looks like he's putting his hand up to cover his eyes from a flash.
