Peter To Sue Katie!
Peter Andre has his drama shoes on, apparently.
The brit singer is taking legal action against his ex, Katie Price, over comments she made about his fidelity during their marriage. Andre says, "I can hold my head up high and say I've been 100% faithful throughout my marriage and still am. Any reports suggesting otherwise are totally hurtful and false."
His lawyer confirmed he is taking action.
And what, you ask, did Katie say to warrant this? During an appearance on GMTV to promote her new book, Sapphire, when asked if Andre had been faithful she replied, "As far as I know I think he was faithful."
That's it. Seriously. That's all she said.
Maybe there's more there between the two of them and the statement seemed facetious, but even so, it's hardly malicious or pointed.
Seems like a cry for attention. Well, it worked!

No, Perez, that's not all she said. Fantastic selective 'journalism' once again there, Mario. She made a heap of inferences throughout the interview that he'd been unfaithful.
"The 31-year-old told presenter Ben Shephard that she hoped any future partners would be 'faithful'.
Asked whether that meant Andre had strayed during the marriage, she responded: 'Anyway, next question.' Shephard pressed her further, asking: 'Was Pete not faithful?'
Price made a deliberate pause before she replied: 'I don't know. Was he? I never said anything.'
'Well, you know when you split up with someone you hear things, so who knows what's true, what's not? But as far as I know I think he was faithful.'"
That excerpt was taken from the Daily Mail which, I know, is a pretty shoddy rag, but that matches up with the interview I saw on TV.
No it wasn't all she said. She said she hoped her next boyfriend was faithful, so the interviewer asked if she was inferring that Peter Andre cheated on her. And she was all 'um…well you do hear things when you split up with someone, but as far as I know he was faithful.' Stupid bitch.
Come on, if you watched the actual tape there was way more to her comment then what you reported Perez. The interviewer actually asked her if Pete had cheated and she replied that she had heard that he had. So, Perez, you are taking sides without reporting the whole story. Not cool!!

Perez, even though it is silly for peter to sue that is not the full comment katie said. the interviewer pressed her on and she said "after you break up you hear things." which does make her imply he cheated. but he is taking it too far to sue the mother of his kids.
