Rebbie Jackson To Raise MJ's Kids

Sources suggest this morning that though Katherine Jackson, almost 80 years old, may receive custody of the three young children of Michael Jackson, it will be another woman in the family that will raise them.
Rebbie Jackson, the family's eldest sister and daughter, is reported to be the one the children will live with and be raised by.
We're told the decision was mutually agreed upon by the entire family as Rebbie keeps a rather low profile with the press and throughout their young lives, she has always been deeply involved.
In fact, Rebie, who is based in Las Vegas, has been staying with Katherine at the family's Encino compound with the kids since Michael's death.
She seems like a solid choice!

that is good news. she is the most stable. married to the same guy for over 40 years.
i think that this a very good and sensible solution to the situation….i just hope the best of luck for the enitre family and hope these children get to lead as much of a normal life as possible under the circumstances….

Good choice. At least they will be out of the spotlight and will be able to have somewhat "normal" childhoods.

Does Rebbie plan to move to LA to raise the kids or move them in to her home in Vegas? If it's the latter, there should be significant concern with the potential involvement of Granpa Joe, who also lives in Vegas. While Rebbie was able to keep her own children out of trouble (though at least two of them are trying to have musical careers), the fascination with and, therefore, potential to milk Michael's children is a million times greater and Joe will be pushing for a piece of that pie - one has to wonder if Rebbie will be able to keep her dad away from her niece & nephews as necessary.
Get your facts straight TORTEZ, Jehovah's Witnesses go to 2 meeting per week and DONT collect money from their worshipers, which is more than can be said about most other religions. I am not one now but I once was and can vouch that these kids will be well taken care of.
This sounds like the best solution. I never really thought that it would be Janet. Doesn't seem like Janet wants to be a mother. And, if she did take the kids, I'd always wonder if it was more about the additional publicity it would bring to her. I'd always hoped the family would keep the kids out of the spotlight and, with Rebbie, it looks like she will respect Michael's wishes in that regard.

still, all rumors. they haven't appeared before a judge yet and every site/show I go to says something different. Still think that the Jackson family is not to be trusted. and if they are with the Jackson family OR WHOEVER they are with, these kids need YEARS of counselling. the Lord only knows how warped their minds are and what they think is normal. Like, what do these kids think of drugs-prescriptions? And they still need a court monitor to make sure that the Jackson family does not take advantage of them as the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th coming of Michael.
Low profile for sure. I had totally forgotten about Rebbie until Michael died. I wonder if she is married, what her husband does, etc. Seems like a good choice but she should realize her life from now on out won't be so "private" with MJ's kids there!
nothing is final.. they go to court on the 3rd.. and i dont think katherine is going to give up that easy.

That sounds like a great idea. It is obvious Debbie Rowe doesn't want them and only seemed to be concerned that her money continued. Rebbie is still young enough to raise them.
LET THE KIDS DECIDE
This is the best decision yet, I would have liked Janet to get custody, but this is the next best thing, anything is better then Joe Jackson, and Debbie Rowe. Period.

This is all speculation and rumor!! I doubt if they are going to go against the will.
"Sources" suggest huh?? Was that the same source that said Janet would be getting the children?? The truth is that the children will be with their family. No matter who gets custody, Janet, Rebbie, Katherine, Jermaine, or any other family member, the whole family will be around to love and take care of them, and that is all that matters.

Good decision, as long as they are kept far away from that nasty old bastard Joe Jackson. He sexually abused Rebbie when she was a teen, which explains why she got married (and is fortunately still happily married) and was out of the house by the time she was 20- she wanted to get the fuck away from her scumbag father. I am sure Rebbie will use everything in her power to keep the kids away from Joe.
