The Beehive Makes A Comeback!

We're more excited to see the hive than we are to see the woman!

Amy Winehouse stepped out into the world today showing off her signature, albeit somewhat smaller, beehive and looking a little healthier. She must have one crazy, good makeup artist!

Of course, we wish she looked this good for something constructive. Wino headed to court this morning for a hearing regarding some charges of assault filed against her from a fan.

We hear she put on quite a show for the judge, parading and pirouetting around the court room to prove she was "too short" to punch the fan in question. Amy also insists that the girl was very rude, attempting to take a picture with Amy after Wino told her "no" and that is what started the altercation.

The hearing is still in session as of now.

lol okay she looks exactly the same to me! Actually, she's pretty ugly but I bet if she got real celebrity hair (you know, that ONE style that they ALL wear?) she would look good in it. Regardless of what is now her gimmick (her hair thingy) she looks better than she has in a long time, I truly dont care what happened in the bahama's (only that i'm jealous i wasn't there) or how long she was there because she came back healthier than ever, she needed to get away from all the shit happening in the world and go to a place where she would be ignored by press, she is much more healthy now and hopefully she will stay that way. Does anyone else think that she rushed the superstar trainwreck thing? She has 1 hit song in the U.S then goes all crazy gets all cracked out goes back overseas does more crazy shit then shows up in court looking actually nice. Isn't there like a 3 song/movie minimum before you can do that and still somewhat matter why are we still talking about her?
