Yesterday was Daniel Radcliffe's 20th birthday - and he really lived it up!
Radcliffe and friends celebrated at Mogador restaurant in West London, and he wasn't seen leaving the establishment until 3:30am Friday morning.
Yes, that's really him!
The boy wizard made sure to throw a coat over his head as his made his way, with the help of some friends, to the car waiting to take him home.

He got drunk on his 18th birthday too. I suspect the kid might have a booze problem in the making. He used to say he drank vodka and diet Coke (a classic drink for alcoholics) and more recently he was singing the praises of tequila drunks. I am just waiting for the little brat to go off the rails and I doubt I'll have to wait tooooo long. (The only reason he won't smash a car into a tree I suspect is that he doesn't seem to drive himself since I think he is too uncoordinated to do so).

If he had amy brains (and he appears to be lacking in those) he'd do his boozing in a hotel bar where he could simply take the elevator upstairs to a luxury room and sleep it off. Filming hasn't finished yet, has it?

All the similar ones that have gone off the rails had to start somewhere, like drinking to excess on a few occasions, then on more occasions, then at home, then and so on and so forth. I suspect he is getting underway for rehab in a few more years. Time will tell, of course. I think the odds are against him. You probably are a smitten fan who can't believe anything unfavorable about Trannydanny.
Re: limelite101 – Sorry to hog the comments, but I doubt you realize that binge drinking is a VERY British problem. On weekends binge drinkers are sprawled all over the sidewalks and gutters of London lying in their own vomit in some cases. Even at Cambridge University it has become a problem. And when they go to the continent on vacation Brits are notorious as obnoxious, loud brawling drunks who make complete nuisances of themselve. Some countries have virtually told them to stay home.

Flash bulbs or no, you don't need a "minder" to take you in hand if you aren't drunk. He had a minder take charge of him the same way on this 18th birthday. I think you are in denial. I don't think TrannyD is the sweet little kid you think he is. He likes to drink and get drunk and has said so, most recently with regard to tequila drunks.
Re: saagua – Daniel seems to be one of those genuine stars who isn't in movies to be a celebrity, he is doing it for the art of acting. If he wants to be a normal kid, hang out with his friends and get sloshed on his birthday, then let him. He is human, not a statistic.
PS- Binge drinking is a very real problem, but not just in Britain. I am from Canada where our reserves are full of drunks who do nothing but waste away. In the town that I am from you are not allowed to buy more than 2 bottles of mouth wash because of the alcohol content in them.
I don't want to make this a political point but pull your head out of your ass. Most people drink whether its once a year or once a day, one drink or 20. Daniel seems to be in good hands so drop your argument.

Re: jessicka – Well you don't become an alcoholic all at once. You have to find it pleasurable at the beginning and gradually work up to alcoholism. The best way to avoid it is to not find drinking all that pleasure giving. Those are the people who can control it. If I were his parents, I'd be worried. He's done this twice now on his birthday and who knows what other times when nobody has been around to snap him.

Re: saagua – A lot of young adults socially drink without becoming alcoholics. The thing you don't understand is that the drinking age in the UK is I believe either 16 or 18, and before that, kids are allowed to drink beer and wine with parental supervision and/or consent. That's the reason the UK is a hell of a lot less fucked up when it comes to teen drinking. You really do have to gradually lead the horse to the water.
Saguua you have some valid points. People drink too much in the UK and he's been on his ass drunk on two birthdays that we know about. I like to drink socially but I have never been so drunk that I have someone hold me up like it was for his 18th birthday. He's got some serious addictive habits going like smoking and drinking. Yeah and if he was smart he would have his drunk birthday parties at a hotel. He's got the money.

Can't resist one more shot. His mother was there at his 18th birthday bash so he got, I would guess, only moderately drunk. This time there is no evidence of mama or papa there. So I bet he drank without restraint. Now the papa can't chaperone him all the time as he used to do, he will be exposed to drug dealers too. Old HP movies run on a TV channel I occasionally watch and I was looking at one…on and off… today. I realized how very little actual "acting" the three kids do. They run and walk around the school, run and walk around in the forest, and the guys play a game on broomsticks, etc., but almost all of this is just being involved with special effects. No real acting at all. Of course DAN has shown his acting chops on stage in Equus, but what has made him MILLIONS is such child's play one can hardly believe it. One lucky kid. People seldom remain so lucky throughout life. I fear trouble IMPENDS……….Dan needs to hoard his spells for times of trouble…..
Interesting that you can't find these pictures anywhere in the UK media. I suspect his PR people used pressure to keep them from being published. Too damaging to his image. PS But there is stuff in the UK media about his getting drunk in a bar in Lincolnshire (near where he is filming) so drunk that he could not even remember the name of one of his movies. So apparently Trannydan doesn't just get drunk on his birthdays.

I'm not gonna lie this kid got lucky with the hp part, he was shit in school and his acting is decent (nothin amazing) Its one of those things that if you're born into the right family then you are in the movie biz, but after hp is over i think so will his acting career, unless he whores himself out in hollywood like R-patz did…
Trannydan has disappeared since these photos came out. I wonder if he is staying home to recover (long recovery) or is too embarrassed to show his face for a while (altho here he isn't showing his face but everybody knows who it is). The kid is just a big fibber. He said he'd never be pictured drunk, so now it's happened twice. Get ahold of yourself trannydan, and sober up. Don't be another binge drinking British wob.
