Former Olympic boxer and gay rights advocate Mark Leduc has passed away.

At only 47 years young, he was found unconscious in a local hotel sauna earlier this week. On Wednesday, the doctors announced that the cause of death was most likely heat stroke that damaged his internal organs.

How sad.

Our condolences to his family and friends.

      Just how hot was the sauna? Was he boozed up? I think I would know if my organs were cooking before I died.

      Sad to see Mark go this way . Known him for years . the 'Sauna ' was according to the street was a gay bathhouse in Toronto . He was well known in the neighbourhood to abuse drugs and alcohol excessively . When sober he was a very nice guy . Under the influence he was mean angry . His inner demons got to him . So sad to see this happen to anyone especially one you knew. RIP my friend . Now u can have the peace u need .

      OOh…..nice double standard. Just like if Katie Holmes wasn't famous they wouldn't have been complimenting her performance on SYTYCD, if this dude wasn't a butt darts champion as well as Olympic champion, it wouldn't be sad in Perez's eyes.
