Ryan Cabrera celebrated his 27th birthday in Vegas last week, but the real pAArty happened the night before at his El Lay home.
The one he's being forced going to sell?!
Asslee's ex visited each of his neighbor's homes telling them about the upcoming party and offered to put them up in a hotel for the night so the cops wouldn't come!
How can he afford that?
Maybe he's selling out at Sam's Club!

…he managed because he apparently shops for clothing at 'Goodwill'. Not that there's anything wrong with that. "Clothes To You".
why does anyone still talk about this guy?? what the hell has he even done recently? I always considered him a one-hit-wonder with that god-awful song 'On The Way Down' which was FIVE YEARS ago. Who gives a shit about him anymore?

He's already in his new house. Alot of money comes from touring, and he does pretty often, and he co-owns a club in L.A. Perez, maybe if yo uactually listened to his music you wouldn't be so hard on him. He's actually really good.
I don't understand at all why you're trying to turn such a positive thing into a negative Perez. This boy is genuinely sweet and offers to pay for a hotel rooms for all his neighbors so their not disturbed. Just because he didn't offer to put you in a hotel room and get in your pants doesn't mean you constantly have to write crap about him. ..and really? The whole money thing again? You're sites getting old fast just like how you only have a "career" to bitch at people. What are you going to do in 5 years when no one cares what you have to say?
