      That's got to be photoshopped, right?!? Women actually benefit from having a bit of rounding fat after menopause, as it provides extra female hormone that is no longer being produced. You can still maintain a high fitness level. She could gain a bit and still not be remotely close to zaftig. In fact, she really should, along with cutting back on the reps, as this looks like over-working and muscle wasting to me.
