Mariah Carey is rushing out another single off of her delayed new album, Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel, after the first single, Obsessed, failed to even crack the top 10 on the charts.
The song is sinking sinking sinking!
According to Jermaine Dupris's Twitter the new song is said to be called 100%, and just made its radio debut on Monday. We're assuming he produced it.
Hope this one doesn't stink like poo too!

So I just youtube'd this. There is a 60 second video of the song, but it's all cut up. You can here where it's skipping through certain parts, if indeed, it is actually the real song. There are a few parts where I was cringing. Sorry, Mariah, you just aren't what you used to be.
Hating on someone isn't cool in a song, it didn't work for Eminem, and it sure as hell didn't work for Mariah.

How can we knock Mariah Carey?! I doubt if her song will be bad, even though it clearly hasn't had good review/media attention. I've never really heard Mariah sing badly or sing a song I totally hated. So BIG props to her on that one, because she's a rarity in that light. On the other hand, I can't stand her little frog looking hubby Nick Cannon, he's such a goofball. Mariah needs to be married to a sexy ball player or something like that. The other thing I can't stand is her little nickname Mimi. It's annoying that she tried to come out with that just all out of the blue, when you know people don't really call her that shit. Mariah does not translate into Mimi. I'm biased because people have been calling me Mimi my whooolllle life, and I know it's really only a "hood" thing b/c regular folk just don't shorten up your name like that usually. So I think she's tryin to portray an image that she likes but don't necissarily live, and she also is doing it way too late in her career. lol, but I love her but I will always refer to her as Mariah because I am Mimi. Anyways, other than that Mariah Carey can do no wrong.
I hope she makes some sort of come-back.. She's not exactly dominating the charts like she used to..

Has Mariah even done any promotion for "Obsessed"? Im not 100% sure but I think the answer would be no! Once she starts promoting the sing it might start getting more airplay and people buying her single!

I did listen to the song on youtube and it sound alright …. not her best but this not the full and its skipping throughout the song soo u never hear the song start to finish soooo no one can really start to say they hate it without hearing it properly!

If this was Madonna & her tired ass Perez would be saying how Madonna has had another Top 40 record or some shit like that. I love how dumbasses fail to remember that "It's Like That" performed worse than "Obsessed" on the charts yet her album "The Emancipation Of Mimi" was the best selling album that year. "We Belong Together" came after "It's Like That" and what happened?… It became the biggest song of the decade thus far and still holds that title. I never thought "Obsessed" would reach #1 considering she hasn't promoted it. Afterall a product, song, business etc. doesn't get success without promotion, duh peoples. She has not performed the songs once yet it still reached #11 which is still very impressive. Besides the song hasn't OFFICIALLY impacted pop radio until July 27th, check with All Access. The song will probably gain radio play, not sure about downloads though. If Perez wasn't so focused on the negative shit about Ms. Carey he would realize that "100%" is a song that's going to be featured in the film she appears in, "Precious" in which she got rave reviews from for her performance might I add. So she's probably releasing the song to help promote her album & the film which comes out in November. Besides Ms. Carey is a living legend whether people like it or not so at this point she could release more "Glitter" albums but that still wouldn't take away from her credentials.
