The Shady Doc DID Shoot Michael Up With Propofol The Day He Died, Murray Being Investigated For Manslaughter!

A law enforcement official told the Associated Press on Monday that Dr. Conrad Murray has been identified in court papers as the subject of a manslaughter investigation surrounding the death of Michael Jackson.

According the the source (who wished to remain anonymous), Jackson regularly took the powerful anesthetic Propofol to go to sleep, and Dr. Murray administered the drug the night before Jackson's death. Authorities believe that the drug is what killed Jackson.

Murray was present when Jackson passed away on June 25th, but his lawyer maintains that he did not prescribe or give Jackson anything that should have killed him.

In our opinion, it doesn't really matter whether or not it should have killed him, because in the end it looks like it did.

Regular use of an anesthetic for a sleeping aid is a serious abuse and regardless of whether or not Dr. Murray gave Jackson the dose that killed him, he definitely enabled and perpetuated Jackson's serious drug addiction.

Sad.

how the HELL did he pass this physical if he was fraild and on drugs like the media claims?? MJ had to to plenty of physicals in order to do the shows, the last one he did was in june. It was very important for the insurance companies that he was clean, strong and healthy. WTF happened? this needs to be investigated too.

SAD IS WHEN YOU WROTE THAT JACKSON WAS FAKING A HEART ATTACK SO HE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO HIS TOUR. THAT WAS ONE OF YOUR CLASSIEST MOVES YET MARIO. I HAVE TO SAY THAT WAS IT FOR ME PERSONALLY, NOW I REALLY KNOW YOU'RE A HEARTLESS BASTARD. AREN'T YOU PROUD OF YOURSELF MARIO? WHY DON'T YOU WRITE A 'STORY' ABOUT HOW YOU PRACTICALLY BULLIED MISCHA INTO THE PSYCHIATRIC WARD AND HOW YOU CONTINUE TO BERATE YOUNG WOMEN FOR RATINGS. SUCH A STAND UP GUY!

Re: MJ fan59 – you are completely in denial about MJ..all you do is make excuses for his idiotic behavior with hard lethal drugs that he SHOULD NOT have been given OR TAKING. He wanted them. What part of that dont you get? Why do you defend his drug abuse?? He is no different than any other abuser at all.

    6. 106

I think I like the way you think.

Re: litzie – your welcome ! see this just shows that both mj and non mj fans can agree upon some things about him , he couldve stopped himself from taking that drug . idk who to believe when they sasy he was hard on drugs cause you got the tabloids then you have the "friends" that say they never saw him take drugs . so that part is out in the open . but we do know he took diprivan more than once .r.i.p mj

Re: MJ fan59 – why would you have a doctor UNCERTIFIED in administering that drug give it??… unless you just wanted it so bad you didnt care as long as he could get it. I think that creepy doctor should lose his license , maybe do jail time, and never touch another person medically sure…but I still dont "blame him" for MJ's death. He was the way, MJ was the one to blame.

    9. 109

I hope they nail this doctors' ASS… :(

Re: Mickey9661 – gawd another enabler..Sleeping problems…I was listening to a doctor yesterday who said most the doctors(anesthesiologists) he treats for addiction to diprivan are using it to get a high and it keeps you in a fog. He said many of then have deep pyschological issues from their past and that is why they like the high of that drug. Hmm..sounds like why jacko could have been addicted too.

    11. 111

He just like Obamass said the other day how the police acted 'stupidily"…so did mj..lol

    12. 112

Great discussion on this. The key facts will all be revealed when the autopsy results are released. Diprivan or metabilites of dipravan in his blood, tissues or hair, may show up, and any other drugs that were there too. The time of death is going to be critical as well. Frankly, I can't see Dr. Murray keeping his medical liscence, and he may very well get convicted of manslaughter. Let's not forget that there were tons of pills, vials etc. seized at the scene. I find it impossible to believe that Dr. Murray did not know that MJ had a substance abuse problem and he certainly should not have been giving him any medication in that case. Money clouds judgement.

    13. 113

take him already. the shady doctors and everyone who was benefitting from MJ's addiction instead of helping.

    14. 114

while they're at it, they should arrest his plastic surgeon & dermatologist too. it boggles my mind that all these so-called "medical professionals" would help someone hurt themselves, celebrity or not. he needed a therapist early on but instead they just kept cashing in, knowing he would come back again and again, instead of finding a solution to his troubles. maybe MJ would've find another way, but as a doctor I would be at peace knowing that I did not contribute to someone's death. could no one treat MJ like a human being instead of as a dollar sign? this is not to lessen MJ's own personal responsibility, but this is not small stuff he was dabbling in. he had to get these drugs from doctors. this is sad sad sad.

    15. 115

So if the 1000'th injection killed him… its safe to say that the previous 999 also lent to his death. Finding a scape goat to blame will not bring Michael back and will not achieve any good.

"you are completely in denial about MJ..all you do is make excuses for his idiotic behavior with hard lethal drugs that he SHOULD NOT have been given OR TAKING"

(This coming from a hater who doesn't give a damn about Michael) **rolls eyes**
First off, I'm not the one in denial. I stated several times that Michael had a problem with pills in the past, and this admission came directly from Michael's mouth, and obviously Michael wouldn't have been able to take anything that wasn't administered to him. This situation is totally different then say a person sitting up taking handful's of pills which they then die from, Michael didn't pass away like that, he passed away by the hands of a professional. He asked a professional for meds. to sleep, he didn't ask for that professional, or other professional's to harm him. So I'll think of your little analogy the next time I go to the dentist to relieve pain from a cavity, but then think I'm an idiot for going to the dentist once the pain kicks in during, and after the procedure. That's what your saying about Michael right?? he was sleepy, and asked for meds. to sleep, got them, so therefore he wanted to kill himself… Yeah he's an idiot for trying to sleep, just like I'll be an idiot for trying to relieve pain. Blame Michael all you want, but an Oath is an Oath, and the Law is the Law.

Re: kissmyassobama – A 13 year old may ask an adult for some alchohol, but the law says you can't drink alchohol at that age, so if the child get's the alchohol, then the adult is responsible correct?? The adult is responible whether or not the 13 year old knew better or not. Same thing goes with doctors, they are responsible for their patient's at all times, and if something goes wrong, they are the one's at fault. That's not an excuse, that is the truth… I don't have to make excuses for a person who wasn't at fault hater.

      Re: MJ fan59

I dont feel thats a fair comparison as michael jackson was an adult.
a 13 year old isnt a adult and doesn't understand the consequences and effects these things do to you.
Michael Jackson did know what these things do to you. He clearly knew that the doc wasnt allowed to administer things like this but still allowed him to do it, probably paid him a fortune as well to do it.

I would never say anyone is in denial about jackson but I think there is an element of complete devotion to him as a fan, which i feel probably does cloud judgement.

    19. 119

Re: propp11 – My judgement is not clouded just because I'm a fan. If someone was wrong, whether I cared for them or not, I have no problem admitting that. Dr. Murray in this case was WRONG. And the analogy I gave about the 13 yr old had to do with alchohol and not drugs. I used that analogy as a way of getting across situations in which certain parties are held responsible. A 13 yr old does know right from wrong, but my point was that the responisibility always falls on the adult, just like in this case the responsibility was that of the physician. Actually the law here in California regarding alchohol 21 is the legal age, so a 20 year old is considered an adult, but if a 23 yr. old (legal) bought that 20 year old (illegal) alchohol, though the 20 yr. old is considered an adult as well, the legal person would be the one in trouble. Michael was an adult, Dr. Murray was an adult, but Dr. Murray had rules to adhere to, he broke those rules, therefore he is responsible. I don't know why you all are trying to flip it on us fan's now? The DEA is going after the physician's, so obviously what were saying is the truth.

Re: propp11 – I actually think it wasn't only MJ's fault because even though he was addicted doctors can't prescribe that much drug so he is responsible. doctor's should learn to say NO or have someone with more experience to help with the addiction
