Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyer is offering a non-denial of the accusation that Dr. Murray administered Michael Jackson a deadly dose of Propofol the night before his passing to help the pop star fall asleep!
"It's a waste of time responding to all these timed 'leaks' from 'anonymous' sources," says Dr. Murray's lawyer's spokseperson, Tammy Kidd.
She continues: "I have no doubt they want to make a case - for goodness sakes, it's Michael Jackson - but things tend to shake out when all the facts are made known."
Kidd is urging the media to "take a breath" and wait for the results of the toxicology reports, but until the truth is known, the news media's speculation will continue to roll!

I used to think nothing surprised me anymore. After Britney and Lezlo I'd seen it all. So jaded. But this is a new level of sick, sad weirdness. The story that got to me was the one about how when his body arrived at the hospital he didn't have a nose — just a dark hole surrounded by tiny bits of cartilage. Awful stuff. Can't even think of anything sarcastically funny to say about any of it.
Dr. Murray just needs to come clean and admit it was an accident.

Dr Murray shot him up and he is going to go down for it!! and the only thing that is going to "shake out" is her client is going to jail. I don't get why the toxicology report is being held for so long!! They need to make public what they found, maybe more of the Jackson's camp will come out once they find out that this so called Doctor Murdered Michael.
its very sad MJ died like this - he must have been in so much mental/emotional pain to want to resort to those measures to sleep.
apparently diprovan has a very short half-life; meaning that when toxicology comes back we may not see evidence of it in michael's system at death. i think dr. murray is counting on this. if they can't prove that diprovan was what killed him the prosecution will not have a good case against murray, i fear.
and murray, like SO many criminals in this country, will walk away scott-free.
there is NO justice for victims in this country. all the rights go to the criminals. it's a crying shame.
So Michael essentially died by lethal injection. I think the coroners report needs to be released so that legal proceedings can move forward.

Everyone wants to blame Michael for being an addict. Truth be told there were too many people around who could have brought an end or made his relapse public. As in 1993 authorities found in 2005 when they raided his home prescription drugs all throughout his private suite. Why weren't the authorities concerned when they saw drugs in other peoples names at his home? The reason is that celebrities have a different set of laws than the masses. Even those with money don't get the same treatment as celebrities.
Tigrrrlilly, we are hoping that won't happen, apparently they will be able to tell by the tests on the brain.
Blackgaysocialite, I agree with you. More incompetence on the part of the Police! Why wasn't the DEA notified of the drugs found in the home? Like you said double standards!!
the thing is that IF Propofol was administred to MJ, the chances that it wont be shown in the toxicology reports are huge since it leaves your body fast. however.. i do think you can find it in the urine.
just have to wait and see.
