some people don't like maternity pants. I'm 29wks along and the way the spamdex feels on my belly makes me sick. Also the fact that she is up and working should be enough. I am exhausted all the time and you know what some days I don't feel like searching for a pair of pants that fit. Also pregnate bellies bloat so those pants my have fit in the morning and now they are uncomfortably tight.

now I can understand that when you first start showing, you may still wear your pre-baby-bump clothes for few days or so until you purchase some maternity clothes. BUT C'MON! She is far enough along to not do that. Personally, when I was in the "just showing but not big enough for maternity fashion" stage, it was very uncomfortable to wear things unzipped. I constantly felt like it was about to fall off. She has the money, get some clothes that fit.

I am 21 weeks pregnant and spent quite a lot of money on maternity clothes(I'm just a struggling student on scholarship). NEWS FLASH: they are not the most comfortable things in the world. They are either big uncomfortable dresses or pants with elastic that hug too tight or fall off when loosened. most times I prefer to wear my regular jeans with the zipper undone and longer shirts. I sometimes have people (even men) telling me it's more proper to wear maternity clothes instead. I wonder where they get their wealth of knowledge since they've never been pregnant and some never will. The most important thing is being comfortable(for both mummy and baby). I'm sure this woman didn't leave her house intending to show the whole world her undies; just an unfortunate accident. Please leave pregnant women alone; they're already having a hard time.
