Tour De France Winner Does Not Admire Lance

There's no "i" in TEAM, but there might be a little bit of a cat fight between Tour de France winner Alberto Contador and teammate Lance Armstrong.
Remaining vague, Contador says, "My relationship with Lance Armstrong is non-existent. Even if he is a great champion, I have never had admiration for him and I never will."
Cantador admitted that the situation may have resulted in strained relations between the team's riders, but did not reveal the reasons for the strife.
Somebody's a tad jealous that even though he won the Tour de France, all anyone can talk about is Lance!

Well if the way Lance has handled his personal life is any indication, I probably wouldn't like the prick either.

Lance didnt shut his mouth during the tour. Contador didnt say anything about Lance during the tour. Everybody knows Lance talks about his rivals to intimidate them. Contador was smart to shut up and dont get intimidated by Lance.
This has nothing to do with jealousy. They just dont get along with eachother. Nothing wrong with that. But it is wrong to have 2 riders in 1 team who both want to win the tour..

Add in the bits about the hotel being the worst part, and it affecting the rest of the team and staff, and it's still really tame after the abuse he had to take.
A promise from Bruyneel at the Astana Camp in Tenerife: "If Lance is not the best, he will become the best teammate Alberto could ever have dreamed of," he said."
jealous?? doubtful. most REAL athletes don't hold an ounce of jealousy for roid takers. armstrong is a known user….he was caught at the airport with roids and needles and was given a pass because he was the only american making any noise on two wheels.

Alberto Contador is waaay hotter than Lance. Plus if I won I'd be annoyed if everyone was talking about Lance.. Lance seems like a world class douche bag.. He effed over the woman who stayed with him while he had cancer, and then effed over Cheryl Crow when she was diagnosed. TEAM ALBERTO!!!
By the way, Contador won the Tour de France twice, a Giro d'Italia, and a Vuelta a Espana, and is still younger than Lance was when he won his first. How many did Armstrong win before he earned freedom of speech?

Please, read something about the Tour de France . Although Contador was the official leader of the team Astana, he hasn't received the support from the bosses or from his colleague in order to follow strategies in some stages of the Tour, and that's not acceptable.

Contador crushed Armstrong. Contador tried all his mind tricks and came up nought, Armstrong should just shut up and accept that Contador is much much superior to him. Just checking, in the final time trail Contador was 1st and Armstrong was 16th that tells u all that u need to know, Armstrong era is over.

You have to consider HOW he and WHY he had testicular cancer. Just because Steroids don't show up in tests, doesn't mean he didn't use them. He probably knew chemists who could cook up the right blend, that he knew he wouldn't be tested for. He basically dumped Sheryl Crow because she wanted to have children. Then he runs off and hooks up with everyone from the Olsen Twin to Kate Hudson…then he knocks up this chick from a Cancer Charity…totally humiliating Sheryl Crow. Of course he's a dick. Lance Armstrong is a self-important douchebag with an overblown view of his own importance and had the nerve to throw a hissyfit when he didn't win the Tour de France again. I hope he shits and then falls in it.
Lance is absolutely right, without Team Astana setting the pace there's no way Contador could have won. Lance didn't win 7 TDF on his own, he had the best teams. What's more important is that Lance's return singlehandedly saved cycling. If the TDF had another year like last couple of years with drug scandals and sponsors dropping out it might have been the end of the race's major importance. Lance changes all that and that's what Alberto most upset about, Next year should be great.

it isn't a good idea to have two winners in the same team and it won the best and for AMSTRONG isn't easy to accept this and we can't forget that he did the daily relation with Contador imposible.
