Thats the way it is in divorces, it's 50.50 divided. As far a college, who says parents OWE their kids a paid college education? Plenty of people work their own way through college. Besides, I'm sure they have earned enough to send all of them through college, anyway. Some of those kids don't seem smart enough to ever even GO to college, so who knows? I don't like Kate's plastic attitude, but I admire her for making the $$$$ for her kids. All and all, her kids are living a great life. Some parents travel all the time on business. Others are such a celebrity that they are NEVER around or don't care for working or earning their $$$ with their kids in the picture. At least most of her earning comes from working with her kids. Salley, I realize that you follow the show more than I do so, I am sure that you are right about a lot of things. However, the point here is that (true) Jon was Mom and Dad for most part, but he is an adult and he should have not let Kate be as disrespectful and abusive to him. She didn't put a gun to his head. She simply manipulated him and he let her. That is why he is probably feeling alive and trying to live it up. At the end of the battle, they should divide everything 50/50. and…. I know since the laws have been overturned for Gay Marriage you might not be aware that married couples (unless there's a clear pre-nup aggreement) when earning income everything is considered community property and apart of the marriage.
