Well, the O2 has a big space to fill after Michael Jackson's death, and they're planning on filling it with Robbie Williams' comeback and Whitney Houston.

That is of course if the latest British media reports are to be believed.

While there's no doubt Robbie will be able to sell out the arena, Whitney has never been known for her live shows. That would be a mistake!

      Whitney Houston is the perfect choice. She is the female Michael Jackson all around. Not as good of a performer as Jackson, but you could also say Whitney is a better singer than Michael so don't come at me bringin the BS about how they arent equivalent entertainers. Again, a perfect choice. Robby Williams is big in the UK right? He definately isn't of the same caliber as Michael or Whitney though.

      "Whitney has never been known for her live shows" Actually that isn't true. She was very impressive live 90-98, especially 91-93, people flocked to her concerts. Her voice pounded you in concert…heart stopping, awe inspiring.

      Sorry for you people who have never heard of Robbie or had the chance to see him live as he is amazing live and would sell these shows out in no time. Was fortunate enough to see MJ live in Sydney twice, but if anyone can compete on a live level with MJ it would be Robbie.

      well i suppose somebody has got to fill the space, obviosly there isnt an artist alive today that could sell out the o2 arena 50 times over in record breaking time, and it wont be the same as watching the king grace the stage with his amazing singing and dancing but im sure they will be good none the less.

      I know really… Funny how things have changed in July. Actually had the nerve to say that someone got in his account on this site and wrote those positive comments about Mike… PLEASE. And this Tabloid Junkie says Michael couldn't sing when he was and still is known as one of the best male vocalist ever. The last time I checked, no matter the artist, if I buy their music, no way can I see that artist dancing based off of what I hear coming from the speakers, I can only hear their voice and that is why Michael's music sells like no other. Oh boy maybe I shouldn't have said that, Iv'e been told that I speak as if I think Michael was a God. Hopefully that doesn't come across that way just because I said his voice was like no others.

      If you give a complete report card, you know very well MJ would out shine Whitney Houston…How could you compare somebody who is in the Guiness Book of World Records for most charities supported by a Pop Star to somebody who cruises through life giving her fans minimal performances?!! MJ has a showmanship that ANYBODY has yet to match, so trying to upgrade Whitney Houston to his brilliance by saying her vocal talent makes up for her lacking in showmanship is completely ignorant. I'm sure many would agree what separates a great ENTERTAINER from being JUST ANOTHER SINGER is the capability to provide a high level of entertainment through phenomenal showmanship. BTW, when has Whitney Houston ever been known to be to referred to as "The Greatest Entertainer of All Time," or "The King of Pop"?

      Love both Robbie and Whitney. To the idiot that said Robbie could sell out 50 dates in the same city at the same arena is just plain retarded. Robbie is a huge concert draw but I believe only Michael Jackson and Barbara Streisand (due to the rarity of her touring) would be able to sell out shows like that.

      As far as Whitney being a bad entertainer; you're very wrong. Whitney's performances aren't heavily based upon dancing. And that's great. Michael loved to dance. Just because Whitney doesn't shimmy and shake on stage like Tina Turner or Beyonce doesn't mean that I'm any less entertained when I go see a Whitney show.

      To correct Perez (since you're new to the VIP celebrity scene) Whitney has been known for her live performances. In the history of her tours she's only had to cancel six concerts. Better to get correct information out there.
