Tito Speaks! Demands Justice!!!

A month after the death of Michael Jackson, his brother, Tito Jackson, is opening up to the press (again) about his baby brother's passing.

On the subject of Michael's shady personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray and the Propofol rumors, Tito says that he "had no clue of what was being done by [Michael's] personal physician whatsoever," but says that "if he is responsible…he should be brought to justice." He also adds that he won't jump to conclusions or make assumptions "until I see all the reports and they're all in."

Most interestingly, Tito divulges that the Jackson family had tried to have an intervention with Michael years back, but Michael's employees would not grant them access to Michael, presumably on Michael's orders.

Sad, he was always surrounded by enablers.

Tito also says that Michael's body is at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in LA for the time being while the family decides on where to bury him permanently.

We can't believe they are still deciding. It's been over a month!

Tito says, "I feel that wherever he rests he should stay there and not be moved, whether it's Neverland or Forest Lawn or wherever.  Neverland wouldn't be a bad place, but from what I'm hearing is that [Michael] never wanted to go back to Neverland to live because of the situations we know in the past, and it left such a bitter taste in his mouth.  I believe that's where the pain started, way back when."

We agree that it's time to let Michael rest in peace, but we think the pain probably started wayyy further back than at Neverland.

He was already hurting at that point!

  6. 6

Ugh.. will this EVER go away..

  7. 7

I think this is just grotesque! They should have cremated him and built a memorial somewhere.

  8. 8

    Plant him already!!!!
    Isn't he starting to stink?

Re: Canadiana717 – you cant stand this story right ? why do you keep going to all the mj stories and comment on them then ? leave him alone and go to another website then

  10. 10

OMG its disgusting how people are blaming everyone but MJ,,thats so stupid. The guy only did what the addict requested ..whos to blame…MJ!!!!

  11. 11

Re: kelli94 – You are an idiot. I'm commenting on the controversy surrounding this whole mess..why don't you kindly fuck off.

  12. 12

Re: CRABBY APPLETON – Yes, they want him in a rehab, knowing what dangerous things he was doing to himself, but let him in charge of 3 minor children!! They can act all weepy all they want…they were ALL enablers and I,m not buying their stupid crocodile tears now!! What a world those kids have been thrown in to! Sad. A father using drugs every day, a mother who doesnt really give a shit about them and never did, a greedy family, the kids are the only sad part of the whole mess. Nothing else.

  13. 13

Re: Canadiana717 – are you mad ? hah i dont understand why you ppl get so mad if someone gives you some advice on what else you can be doing instead putting dirt on his grave . jeeshh chill

  14. 14

His brother died because he was a drug addict. That doesn't make me happy, but that is the way it is.

  15. 15

    Re: kelli94 – Mad? naw… your advice — I'll pass on that.

  16. 16

Re: Canadiana717 – fine with me . just prepare for that mjfan and the other one , they gone try to take it wayy farther then what i did . just saying , they get even more mad and will write paragraphs to you

Re: kissmyassobama – "Addiction is a physical need, Dependancy is an emotional need"-

Here you go again. You dont know MJ, You havnt followed him. You have no idea where his heart is in these questions. You havnt seen his opinion about drugs. You havnt watched interviews with him on these matters. So can you just try to be more rational? You have to see the difference between someone who is addicted and someone who is depended on medics. Michael were in lof of emotional pain. NO ONE has had to endure the persecution Michael did, at the world wide level he had to endure it. Michael took Propofol to sleep- not to get high, since Propofol doesnt make you high since it leaves your body within minutes. The drug angle is getting to far.. he was not a drug addict. He took medics to ease the EMOTIONAL pain wich is understandable.

  18. 18

No!!! Not Nevaland! Kids were molested there! UGHHHHH!

  19. 19

    Re: minaahm – it's not havn't, it's haven't……..

  20. 20

Re: minaahm – You think that drug doesnt make you HIGH?? you are WRONG. Doctors have spoken on the effects of it and it absolutely does give a "high". You dont know about the drug then. And it doesnt induce sleep..it induces a COMA state ! NOT the same thing..not remotely.. You need research before you speak on that. You can whine and believe all the ridiculous reasons he liked drugs all you want. He was addicted and thats the truth and you know it as well as I do.

  21. 21

Re: minaahm – Emotional pain…yes thats why alot of people abuse drugs on a daily basis. MJ was one of them.

  22. 22

    Michael Jackson killed Michael Jackson.

  23. 23

You mean to tell me that MJ would not have responded to seeing his own mom if she had asked? There is so much denial as to his state of health. He seemed to shun even his mom the last several years, which I am sure saddens her. Why doesn't she say when she last spoke to him? She is hiding the truth, as well.

  24. 24

I really don't know all of the details of the attempted intervention but by what I have read they tried a couple of times and then gave up! If you love someone you keep trying there had to be a way to get past his entourage of enablers.

  25. 25

Re: kissmyassobama – Michael didnt take medics to get high. Im gonna give you a quote he said about touring several years ago so maybe you understand what Im trying to say. Its an interview with two music execs from Sony/Epic. Producer/songwriter Cory Rooney talked with Mj about touring. CR: “This was years ago and Michael told me, ‘Cory, I can’t tour anymore. I’m not gonna tour anymore. Ok?’ I said, ‘why Mike?’ He said, ‘Because it will kill me.’ That’s what he said to me. He said, ‘It will kill me.’ Why would you say something like that? He said, ‘Well, remember when I was preparing for my concert and I passed out at the Sony Studio?’ He said, ‘Well, it’s because when I get ready for a tour I get dehydrated. I don’t eat. I don’t drink. I don’t sleep. I put so much of myself into preparing for a tour.’ He said, ‘I’m not doing it on purpose. This is just something I don’t think about anymore. You understand? I’ve just become so driven that I can’t even think about these things anymore. They made me walk around with an IV last time. He said, ‘So I just decided, my doctors decided that maybe you shouldn’t do this anymore. He said he wanted to make the Invincible album work to the point where that was it. He’s done with the tour. He’s gonna do this Invincible album. He wanted to continue to put out albums. He said, ‘I’ll do albums till I can’t do it anymore, but I just can’t tour.’”

  26. 26

YOUR SUCH A FUCKING HYPOCRITE. ITS BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU THAT HE WAS HURTING. People like you that post negative things mocking and making fun of and condemning certain people without ever really knowing them as a person. Im not even a big Michael Jackson fan, but I know you made fun of him and mocked him multiple times. Do you think that made him feel good? To have the gossip columns condemning him and calling him names, adding fuel to the fire that was his own personal hell? Now you sit down and type this shit "poor man" "so sad" " Hurting michael" Shame on you Perez. You hurt people with your words all the time. YOU SAY VIOLENCE IS NEVER THE ANSWER BUT YOU USE VIOLENT WORDS!!! HATE, FAT, DISGUSTING THESE WORDS CAN HURT MORE THAN ANY PUNCH.

  27. 27

Re: janisjoplin – the world and the hatred thrown at him killed him. mark my words. many ppl are responsible. try to even live his life for one day, and see if you would make it with all the ridicule and pressure.

  28. 28

It's weird that Michael is not buried yet, but I agree that he may not have wanted to be buried at Neverland. I would, however, love to see Neverland returned to it's original state, when Michael was so happy there & opened to the public a la Graceland and let the masses enjoy it.

  29. 29

The pain he's referring to PEREZ is the pain caused by the people he trusted to come into his home, who then turned around and accused him of lies.

  30. 30

Re: kelli94 – "just prepare for that mjfan and the other one "

You shouldn't speak for anyone but yourself. And as you can probably see, I have yet to ever reply to that ignorant Tabloid Junkie. Furthermore I can reply to whomever I want. And this "MJfan" has been posting comments on Michael Jackson threads long before June 25, 2009, so where were you and others? I appreciate those who are fans, and those who are not fans, but I would expect a fellow fan to not have a problem with a fan replying to others. She/he makes comments and should be prepared to have their comments replied to.

  31. 31

Re: minaahm – Great quote! People should pay more attention to the words that came out of his mouth, instead of focusing on the accusations, lies, and innuendos that come out of other people's mouth about him.

  32. 32

Re: MJ fan59 – i understand how crazy you are about him but he's not god . jeesh yea i loved him and his music but whatever you write in your paragraphs isnt going to bring him back , ppl gone have oppinions so why should you care so much about them leave it alone

  33. 33

If Michael's family truly cared they would have done whatever possible to stop all the enablers. Poor Michael, his family is trying all their best to make as much as possible after his death. I am not saying that they are not hurting, but why now? it always happens, when it's to late and there something to collect.

  34. 34

this all makes me so sad, MICHAEL COME BACK!

  35. 35

All people are doing is speculating on MJ's life. At the end of the day we will never know shit about him. Every story that comes out is contradicted by another person. So it begins a lot of back and forth. Accept there will be no truth but his music.

  36. 36

Being a doctor means you prescribe (or should) to a specific set of standards/ethics. It's unethical for a doctor to feed an addicts addiction. So any doctor who knowingly prescribes an addict a narcotic should be the ultimate person responsible. Being an ADDICT means you have a disease. No different than alcoholism. An addict is never cured but always a work in progress and always (when clean) in recovery mode. Have some sense of the pain of addiction and the realities of it before commenting.

  37. 37

    he' buried alrteady

if not he msut be rotting! put him into that damn grave … then see if murray killed him,

its like a fucking clue game

oh my god! the doctor killed him!

i was sick of hearing about ANNA NICOLE SMITH!

    she was everywhere

et is the anna nicole smith show~

    its still going on

    publicity deaths

smith takes the cake for mos talked about

  38. 38

Re: kelli94 – Now your putting words in my mouth. Since your so into looking at my "paragraphs" have you ever seen me refer to Michael as being a God? *Think not* He's with God, he isn't a God, I know the difference. I will tell you just like I tell the haters. If people who dislike Michael feel they have the right to come on here and talk about him, and also reply to fan's comments regarding him, then their is absolutely nothing wrong with me giving my opinions. And you say "Leave it alone" What in the world is "it" that you are referring to? I will continue making how ever many comments, how long, and how often as I please. I'm not doing anything diffrently than I was pre 6/25/2009, I have said this once before in one of my many looonnnggg paragraphs, did you catch that comment to??

  39. 39

was he getting paid for this too?

  40. 40

Re: MJ fan59 – yet your still getting yourself worked up and mad over ppl's comments though . your not the only mj fan in this world . in every "paragraph" youve written you always try to make it seem like he was a god ,, at some point in his life he couldve stop taking all those pill and stuff . i feel bad for him for having to go through hell but still sometimes ppl have to take responsibilities , although dr.murray is the reason to me that he died , mj coulda and shoulda listened to that nurse that said that drug was deadly

  41. 41

oh when will it end..fact michael was a extremely talented genius one of the best to ever walk this earth.its sad to see so many ppl cashing in on his death including his own family latoya jermaine especially and joe.katherine his mother has had the decency to respect her son by staying out of the public eye which is why michael loved her so she truly loved her son,no surprise he had her in his will.truth is noone really knew michael but michael.we like to lay the blame game but michael killed himself and thats a fact,he is responsible for his own actions him being famous dosent change that fact.was michael a pedophile??possibly despite what the jury decided.was he a drug addict yes and sadly he was someone that was his own worst enenmy.no one should of died the way he did but he is dead.the true victims here are his children ,sadly michael hated himself so much that he transformed himself right before the worlds eyes, may he find peace on the other side

  42. 42

Re: MJ fan59 – look to settle this whole minor dispute , michael jackson died because an idiot of a doctor gave him diprivan . can we agree ?

  43. 43

Re: kelli94 – If that's what YOU want to call "it" a dispute. You put words in my mouth, and now your trying to tell me how I'm feeling… In everything I type, it is the truth about MJ, it isn't my fault if you interpret my words diffrently, as if I'm trying to revere him as some kind of a saint. He was no saint, he was human. And you say "At some point MJ could have stopped taking those pills" That statement is partly the problem. That is your opinion, that you have the right to give, but your opinion is an accusation. Michael came out in the early 90's and admitted he had a problem w/ prescription pills and would receive treatment. Since then, Michael had never said anything about pills, and was never proven to be an abuser, that notion was coming from others. Even the people, and so called "friends" of Michael's on t.v. say that they had never seen him taking pills, so how can one still accuse him of something they don't know for sure? This "issue" has just surfaced after his passing. In actuality that is not what killed him, he died at the hands of a man who is being investigated, so old habits are being brought up to make him look bad, when the truth is that no one know's what Michael was doing, so that should be left alone because it's just yet another accusation. And if you and others want to discuss it, don't call me and other fan's "worked up" for giving our opinions about that and other subjects as well.

  44. 44

    Re: kelli94 – in continuation..
"your not the only mj fan in this world"
Of course not. What I said was that I am part of a handful of MJ fan's who were speaking highly of him on MJ post made by Perez pre 6/25/09, that is the truth. And when I said that me leaving comments, and typing "paragraphs" is not out of the ordinary, that is also the truth. And your right about everyone taking responsbilities for their actions. That is why Dr. Murray and any other doctor who was in the wrong in this situation is being looked at, and probably prosecuted.

  45. 45

Re: MJ fan59 – ok whatever im over the arguing bs , mj prolly wouldnt want us to be bickering over something that we dont even know the 100% truth to .

  46. 46

Re: kelli94 – No he wouldn't, and I'm sure he wouldn't want people especially his fans jumping on the bandwagon of those discussing him "taking pills" either. And for the record I wasn't arguing with you, I was explaining myself. I'm not the type to argue with people, especially over the internet, but I am the type who will speak my mind, especially when it has to do with topics that I am passionate about, and especially if someone is calling me out.

  47. 47

Re: MJ fan59 – ok but if he was taking pills , which now the news are saying he was an addict in the search warrants , why cant we talk about it ? i mean everybody has problems sometime in there life why cant i just speak my mind w/o me getting beat up about it

  48. 48

Re: kelli94 – Wow you really have some issues with reading what I said. I said I don't understand why that (prescription pills) is just now being talked about after his death, especially when it looks like that is not what killed him, he died at the hands of Dr. Murray. I also said that if you and others voice your opinion (which I said you have every right to do) regarding his "pill addiction" and anything else, then fan's have the right to give our opinions as well. "why cant i just speak my mind w/o me getting beat up about it"
Say what you want, I didn't attack you. You said Michael wouldn't like bickering; TRUE and Michael also wouldn't want people discussing that aspect of his life either. But now I'm about to watch Michael's 30th Anniversary Special so I'll get back to you later if you find another offensive comment within my paragraph….

  49. 49

Re: MJ fan59 – i dont understand why people have an issue with you commenting on michaels posts… you have been commenting on michaels posts long before anybody else, and that includes me so what you are doing is NOTHING out of the ordinary for you.
and yeah, if a hater wants to spill all there tabloid crap over mjs post then we as fans have a right to respond with facts and the truth, which is what we have always done!
and actually mjfan59, im still learning from you, you are VERY well educated when it comes to michael and i love reading your loooooonng posts bursting with the truth and facts knowing that everything you post has been researched properly…

  50. 50

i couldnt agree with that more… michael has had some awfull things wrote about him, totally uncalled for, some might not see this as a big deal but to michael it was, because of his sweet innocent sensitive nature he had a hard time dealing with it and i think those unkind words hurt michael more than any smack in the face would… michael was harressed and bullied by the press, there are no other words for the way he was treated, but you know, through it all he never stopped helping people and going that extra mile and he always gave his fans more than was expected of him.

  51. 51

Re: MJ fan59 – my only thing with you is that you keep getting so defensive over a freaking comment . i mean jeesh yea you may know tons more about him than i do ( i dont do research and read about him like a book ) but im saying yea those "friends" of his say they never saw him doing any type of drugs or anything right ? i feel like everybody around him didnt care for his well being all of a sudden they wanna come out after he's dead and say stuff about how they feel bad ppl was around him and what not. i appreciate that you are a die hard fan . and lastly you keep saying how you were and been a fan since and before "6/25/09" ok so was I . i used to hate this website and never commented on anything cause the stories werent worth commenting for , and he rarely had mj stories on here . so just because i didnt comment on every post related to him doesnt mean im not a true fan .

  52. 52

Re: kelli94 – No one said you weren't a true fan. I said don't call out the fans who were here already commenting pre 6/25/09, especially considering the fact that me and others aren't doing anything out of the ordinary. Once again I will say that I'm not getting defensive. Everytime I reply to a comment of yours, you take at as me getting defensive. So I guess you would just prefer that you give your 2 cents and I don't say anything b/c when I do I'm being defensive?? Okay…. and all the research that I have gotten along the years have come from the man himself; Michael Jackson. Unlike others (not saying you, so don't get all up in arms) I paid attention to what Michael said whether it be through his interviews, his music, or other reliable sources like HIS book (Aprodite Jones book was really reliable as well). I'm 22 years old, so all the knowledge that I have received throughout the years has come from Michael, that is how you get to know a person right? by paying attention to them and not listening to outside entities. So excuse the heck out of me for being knowledgble, I'm not the only MJ fan on this site and or in the world who has paid attention to Michael and therefore know's their stuff.

  53. 53

Re: MJ fan59 – ok who cares when who starting commenting before or after . ok your 22 right and basically know his whole life story , im 15 and really have more things to do than just learn his whole life story . i mean i know well enough but im not going crazy over him and trying to prove every detail about his life to somebody .

  54. 54

Re: kelli94 – "im not going crazy over him and trying to prove every detail about his life to somebody ."

I'm not either, that would be impossible for I don't know his whole life, I only know the parts about his life that he has revealed to the public, the parts that the media happened to skip over and twist around.
"just prepare for that mjfan and the other one , they gone try to take it wayy farther then what i did"
Remember that was your initial comment, and it seems like you now have a problem with this MJ fan replying to what you said…..

  55. 55

Re: MJ fan59 – but your taking something so little way overboards it not even that serious , your grown sitting here going back and forth with a 15 year old about someone elses life that we didnt know personally , you cant speak on how he was feeling and what he was going through etc cause neither one of us most likely know what was going on with him

  56. 56

Re: kelli94 – Your repeating yourself now. Me being 22 and you being 15 has to do with nothing. You didn't know how old I was when you "warned" someone as if I was going to attack them for making a comment, a comment in which I was paying no attention to. And if I'm making something out of nothing, why is it that you keep replying to me? The initial conversation was about your comment regarding MJ fans taking things further and getting upset, the conversation then changed b/c you brought up other topics (Me thinking Michael is a God, Michael's alleged drug abuse and him taking responsibilities, and me being defensive and overboard). I commented on those topics but in your eyes I'm taking it overboard?? In the future, don't bring up topics that your not willing to have a discussion over without calling the other person in the discussion defensive, angry, or overboard.

  57. Shai says – reply to this

Didn't Michael's doctor have a history in fraud???? It was mentioned on E-News sounds susicious to me. And I will never get why he ran off if he was innocent… I don't blame his family to want the truth… Vlgaqpf you made a comment about Michael killing himself and being a pheodaphile. I will not make any assumptions as nothing was ever proven by the court and jurors the media and police were out for him after the first acusation. I believe that this is the main thing that contributed to his health problem, and I certainly do not think he set out to kill him self to manyquestion marks??? and I would say quite a few people needs to be blamed. I have all the respect in the world for Michael the true Icon and pioneer of music….
