Lady Gaga isn't polarizing in an interesting way, in the way good artists are polarizing; because someone doesn't understand them or because they find them offensive, etc. People don't like Lady Gaga because her music is boring and generic. I really didn't take any real notice of her at first. I kept hearing her music on the radio and I liked it and I knew it was by a newcomer but I didn't connect the dots and realize that it was her music until I started to watch her a little bit closer. She really is genuinely talented and she also really does have her own unique style. Sure she picks parts and pieces up here and there from other artists, but they all do that, she just has a way of weaving it all into her own style that completely comes out as something new and refreshing. I just hope and pray that she stays genuine and doesn't let it all go to her head. It will only be a matter of time before she peaks and her fame rises and she will beging to be affected/influenced by her own fame. I hate it when that Happens, lol. She is special right now and as hard as it may be I just hope that she can hold onto that. There is a lot of pressure to conform in one way or another or to be sucked into the big black ball of fame and all that it has to offer. She will loose what makes her her if she falls into all of that. I guess we will see right? It is also hard to evade all of the haters who are really just jelouse underneath it all and they will do just about anything to wreck/destroy what she has or is accomplishing. She isn't fake at all, if she was trying to cop a look that was someone else's look all together then I could see but as far as I know or can see there isn't anyone else trying to sport that look at all. The part about her look that seems the most genuine to me is that it really does suit her. If it was awkward or ill fitting of her personality then I could see but it is her through and through. She has a way of pulling it off. I am really into her music as well and the girl can SING!
