Since Rachelle Lefevre was let go from the next Twilight saga to be filmed, Eclipse, she is demanding ~~justice~~ $$$$$$!

Rachelle has denied Summit Entertainment's claims that a scheduling problem was the reason for her departure and wants to be compen$ated.

Cue legal battle!!!

Summit denies owing the actress a dime because they claims she was in breach of contract!

Apparently, Rachelle's Twilight costars are devastated that she will not be returning, but don't expect them to talk either.

Messing with the studio could get you axed!!!

No one cares!! They just replaced one bad actresses with another! It's not secret that Summit doesn't appreciate their actors. They did the same shit with the first director, with the werewolf kid, and now with the redhead.

Summit needed Ron Howards Clout for whatever reason, so they cast his daughter. M. Night Shamalayn cast her most likely because he was "Director Buddies" with Ron, you don't cast an unknown to lead an entire movie without some sort of payback. This just seems like another incidence of her family connections getting her a role.

If I was Stephanie Meyer i'd be seriously pissed at summit.. they are fucking up her story and pissing off the fans. they did work around cam gigandet in twilight they should stop being asses and do it for rach.. she is integral to eclipse! I'm also not happy with all the director switching.. i think it's just going to make the saga messy.. yes twilight was a little lame compared to the book but given a bigger budget for new moon catherine hardwicke could have bought it to life. I just feel the films will end up ruining the books at this rate. The trailer and clips for new moon have seemed very poor.. either bad directing or bad acting.

and what i mean by the director switching is catherine's vision could have evolved with the saga but with a new director with every film the process won't be evolutionary.. every film will be like a new beginning that you have to adapt to.. that does not happen with the books. Not if they have EVER worked around somebody else's schedule, then it shows that they are just targeting her. Additionally, if they never told her the shooting schedule, it will again look like they were trying to kick her out as an excuse to put Ron Howard's daughter in there…who can't seem to get roles without dad's help.

The original scheduling conflict was not because of RAchelle, but because of Rob and Kristen. They were supposed to start filming next week, the rest of the cast next month. Because of R and K’s films they are currently working on posed conflict (and they are the stars) they reworked the schedule on JULY 20 (coincidence?) and expected everyone to just be waiting around at their beck and call to when they say jump, to have the cast say “how high?”. in the cast’s contracts it gives them the allowance to chose a project between films as long as it doesn’t exceed 4 weeks. So if Rachelle’s was only 10days, WTF is the problem? Oh wait, it was because SUMMIT changed the schedule of filming for R and K, not becasue Rachelle wanted to be a diva like Summit is saying. If Summit wanted to own these actors and have them “by the balls” then they should have rethought that claus in the contract saying they can have other projects between filming. They f*cked up! Now they think because Rachelle is smaller known (not anymore!) actress they could bully her and win. Whoops! Sorry! The power of the internet and Rachelle and Twilight fans (and others who wants dumb f*ck studio execs to fall face down) will make this situation right for Rachelle and the fact she did nothing wrong.

Her Victoria character is a small part of the book & movie, so Bryce Dallas Howard will be fine .. not sure anyone is going to notice so much.

This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard, and none of it makes sense. I have to agree with everyone else…I don't know who this new chick is, so I don't know if she is any good, but it sure seems to be that this was just an excuse to get her into a movie that people will actually know her for. Extremely unprofessional, and selfish, what ever happened to giving the fans what they want since we are the whole reason they make the money in the first place? I liked Rachelle as Victoria for the whole like 5 minutes I saw of her lol and was looking forward to seeing more of her, and now they are replacing her for the last movie with her in it. The only thing worse than having a sequel with a whole new cast/characters is having a series withrecasting!
